This is my second time calling On Time and Ready. This company is really great and I like that they are local. The great service begins with your phone call to schedule an appointment. The woman that schedules appointments is super nice and efficient. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day, which was great, because I have an appraiser coming later in the week and now the yard looks good. They did the work this morning. They arrived a few minutes early. They are extremely professional. They wear safety gear. They give you an estimate and let you know exactly what they will be doing. They got the job done quickly and didn't leave a single stick behind. They are extremely nice. I had the poor boss trapped in my kitchen for a good 15 minutes talking to him because it felt like having a neighbor over for a visit. I know...the important part is the actual work and they do an outstanding job at that. I will definitely call them out every year for as long as I live here.

He was efficient and quick, not to to mention coming in with a final price 20% lower than the original estimate. He works with a licensed asbestos abatement company which provided all the proper paperwork for permitting and county regulations. We originally found him on Angie's List last year when he did a better than excellent job clearing out the house of all sorts of trash, old carpeting, etc. He worked all day and did a meticulous clean up then as now. Nalleli is also a pleasure to work with as she handles scheduling, payments etc... Gregg and Nalleli are very prompt, quick to return calla. Best of all, they appreciate their clients and value providing excellent customer service. They do not take customers for granted, something that is getting rarer and rarer. We will continue to use Gregg and Nalleli in the future. Additionally, our contractor met Gregg recently when Gregg was cleaning up debris at our contractors neighbors house after a flash flood inJoshua Tree. Our contractor told me that Gregg did a really fine job.

Gregg arrived exactly when expected and did the job as promised. From my first phone call to schedule the work to the completion of the job, he and his wife were friendly, professional and competent.

It went smooth as glass. I've described the positive attitude and experience I had with Nalleli and Greg. They made me feel very comfortable when I was so mad originally because people dump trash for others to pick up. When I talked to them I could sense their care in their work and customers. The B grade for price probably has more to do with my ignorance of today's prices for work men. I'm shocked at the grocery store and gas station also. I also put in a review for hauling because that seemed what I had done. Since they went so overboard in good service I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

It's difficult to find anyone. Especially if you are not in the area and cannot pick friends brains for workmen. So I was pleased to find your Angie's List site. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. I checked out the list and chose On Time and Ready. They exceeded my hopes. It was a matter of clearing a piece of land of things thrown by "dirty name, dirty name" people that dump things for others to pay to have removed. They were prompt, kept me informed at every step. This involved contacting the city land agent, meeting her on site to identify the lot. Marking the plot and doing the job in a timely fashion. I consider these things over and above the things they must usually face. And all the time treating me like a CUSTOMER for gosh sakes !! How often does that happen these days ?
