On two occasions came to home and failed to find squirrel or even set a trap. In our absence, squirrel caused in excess of $20,000.00 in damage. After same day visit where I was assured squirrel was gone, I found squirrel alive and well in a bedroom closet....one they had "cleared". Complete buffoons.

Job was completed in a professional and timely manner.
Description of Work: They sprayed the entire yard and house for insects. They do have pet friendly sprays and solutions available. This provider comes to my place of employment and does a thorough job there also. Their staff is very knowledgeable.

Blue Moon has been doing monthly pest control service for us since we moved to Kingman in Sept 2010. They are an outstanding company with excellent customer service and quality work. They come once a month at a scheduled date/time, and spray the perimeter of the house, as well as whatever other areas of the yard need it. TJ has been my regular service person, and he always asks if there are any particular issues needing to be addressed, and if he finds anything, he tells me about it at the completion of his service. If any pest issues occur in between my scheduled visits, they promptly respond and care for the problem without additional charges.
Description of Work: Blue Moon has been doing monthly pest control service for us since we moved to Kingman in Sept 2010. They spray the perimeter of the house along with any other parts of the yard that need it, or I request.
