Started out fine working with the owners son, Del. Del came to the house, appraised my trailer at $4,000 and offered to buy it for $3,000 or sell it on consignment for $4,000. I agreed to let him tow it to his sales lot location in Kingman. I met him there later. There he asked me to sign over the title, give him the keys, and gave me an agreement which stated if his father, Dennis, the business owner did want to buy my trailer it would be sold for $3,000. If his father didn't want to buy it they would sell it on consignment for $4,000. asking price. I again, agreed. No money changed hands because Del's father, Dennis had not yet seen my trailer. It was at this point I was told by Del that I would have to pay $125.00 for the towing fee. I again agreed. I was then told by Del that if his father wanted to buy my trailer on Monday, they would deposit money into my checking account. It was for this reason they needed one of my bank deposit slips. I know, VERY STRANGE WAY OF DOING BUSINESS??? I did not leave a deposit slip instead I told them I would be back on Monday to meet with Del's father, Dennis, the business owner. On Monday I met Dennis. He was rough, argumentative, abrasive and generally should have not been allowed to face customers with his attitude. He started out by telling me whatever his son said to me that he (Dennis) the business owner is not obligated to his son's statements. I disagreed with him. (by the way, he HATES it when someone disagrees with him) He then despised his son Del for asking me for a deposit slip, he also told me that he had not even looked at my trailer which was brought in on Saturday at 1pm and it was now Monday at noontime. When I asked him why he hadn't inspected it he told me he didn't even know where the keys to it were located! After several rounds of arguing he agreed to look at my trailer in the next hour and told me to return then. I returned, only to find Dennis "out" for the rest of the day. The clerk at the front desk had a check for me for $2,800.00, some $75.00 short from the amount that I was given a receipt for. I was told the purchase price would be $3,000, less the $125.00 tow fee, for a net amount due me of $2,875.00. My check was only for $2,800.00 I took the check and left a message with the front clerk and asked Dennis to call me back that day. He did not. He did not call me back on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday either. On Friday I called as I was out of town and spoke with Del, the son. He confirmed that he and his father had argued about the entire transaction. He told me his dad did not want to pay the $3,000. 00 that his son offered to pay and that his father only wanted to pay $2,500.00 for the trailer. (in my opinion, they were trying to screw me down to accept the $2,800.00 check.) Because I was out of town, and because the business owner Dennis refused to return my calls as I had asked, I chose to accept the $2,800.00 check and just lost the missing $75.00 that was due to me. This was very frustrating to me as it would be to any customer or seller. I find this form of manipulation both humiliating and unacceptable. I find that refusing to return customers phone calls is unacceptable with ANY business that I choose to do business with. I was "baited" with a $3,000 offer from the son and given a receipt and then screwed back to $2,800.00 by the father who chooses to believe that his son's offers and statements to customers are not binding for his business. My advice to anyone that considers doing business with Arizona Northwest RV in Kingman, AZ is "BUYER BEWARE". They are engaged in unfair and unacceptable business practices and should not be trusted, particularly the father, Dennis.

Response from Arizona Northwest RV-Marine
Del, States; The travel trailer was located 17 miles out of town. Mr. (member name removed) wasn't able to deliver the trailer , we charged him to bring the trailer into our Buisness from out of town. Because of special circomestances the owner was going out of town imeediatly than as a ''courtesy'' we could deposit the funds into his account due to him being out of town. i would say'' thats gouing out of our way to help people''. Mr. (member name removed) was also told that the owner of ''Arizona N.W. Rv would have the final say to how much he would buy the trailer for and he would have to inspect the trailer to determin the value he would pay Mr. (member name removed). Del told Mr. (member name removed) that i belive that Arizona n.w.rv would pay $3000.00 minus $125.00 for towing the trailer in from out of town. Mr (member name removed) was told my father was the final say to the ammount he would pay after he inspects the trailer. My Father looked at the trailer and decided he would only pay $2800.00 dollers because of the condition the trailer was in. or we would consign the trailer for $4000.00 to him if we sold the trailer for Mr. (member name removed). My Father left a check at the counter for Mr. (member name removed) for $2800. and thol the clerk to tell him he could take the $2800. or we could consign the trailer for $4000. to when the trailer sold that is what we would Pay. Mr. (member name removed) took the check for $2800. and cashed it. Mr. (member name removed) was told up front on how things work,he was told up front that the final decission for the amount we would pay would be after the owner looked at it. nothing was left out and we were 100% honest and fair to Mr. (member name removed) and i myself would even say we went out of our was to help him... I also helped him for information he was looking for. its amazing '''' you bend over backwards to help people '' and they like to take advantage of it. Del
