+ -1 moreService man found a loose fuse. He straightened it up and put it back and it worked fine. Said everything else looked good.

+ -1 moreI paid the additional $500 for the repair since I needed the freezer for my company. A couple weeks later, it broke again. I called again and this time, I told him that I will not drive back to his shop since he should have had the repair taken care of after paying $1000. I spent a lot of time and gas trying to get this fixed and all for nothing.
Description of Work: I had a freezer that went out and 3 others that I also wanted work done on. JD worked on the one that was broke and left a note on the other three telling me what I needed to do to fix them without him doing anything to them at all. He charged me $500 for the repair and a week a later, the freezer broke again. I called him and he told me that I had to load it myself and drive 52 miles to him because he wasn't going to come back out. I did that and he called me when it was fixed. I drove all the way back down and picked it up and a couple weeks later, it broke again. I again, drove the 52 miles to drop it off and he charged additional $500 to fix it again.
