The owner, Tom, has many years of experience, working for not only his father’s company, but other remodeling companies, in addition to having his degree in Architecture. He has a range of experience, specializing in architecture, construction, renovations, remodels, and is an active member of his community. Renovations is an award-winning company, receiving awards from Angie’s List (Super Service Award), Quad Cities Business News (Best of Business in Home Refurbishing), Qualified Remodeler Magazine and Remodeling Magazine (Top 500 remodeling companies in the United States for many years), and the 2008 Big 50 Award (for Fine Design). Tom has long fostered the strong connection between design and construction. He originally set up two separate companies to handle each of these aspects of remodeling, but three years ago formally joined them so he could market Renovations as a complete resource for homeowners. No one called us to cancel or change the time and we waited half a day. When we called him his excuse was they tried to call but that was clearly untrue."
