Need to call them back. Water softener still isn't right. Excellent service other than the issue hasn't been resolved. On time, friendly, informative.

Josh was great--on time, professional, reasonable and able to meet an unrealistic timeline that my bank insisted on for our home closing. I will definitely use Josh for all my future plumbing needs. I only gave him a 4.5 on quality of work because he could have replaced the wood foundation on our water heater instead of just giving it great support. This was probably due to my not being clear as to exactly what I wanted.

Very professional in how they approach their job. They have a superlative sense of responsibility, and they want to finish their work correctly. I ended up spending a tad more than I was expecting; however, there was extra work to be done in order to fully accommodate my requirements. Great job done!

Extremely responsive, gave an accurate quote on phone. Once water softener was on location, he was out the next day. Called to let me know he would be 15 minutes early, went over everything saw a piece that unexpectedly had to be assemled and talked me through what he was going to do. Finished up an hour faster than expected, cleaned up after himself.

Josh installed 2 toilets for me . The job was done excellent removed the old toilets also very knowledgeable Definitely would recommend him.

I met with him on a Wednesday morning and it was installed on Thursday afternoon. Very quick and efficient service.

Josh is great. He is knowledgeable and very conscientious and ethical about his work. When working on my requests he came across other problems and made the necessary repairs.

I signed up on home advisor to hire him and within a few minutes I received a call. He came the next day and even called me because he was running a little late. He thoroughly searched my problems and found a solution. The fee was minimum compared to what I thought. It only took him about 15 minutes to fix it. He was very friendly, shook my hand nicely and explained everything to me. I would definitely hire him again and I'm going to tell my friends and family about him. Excellent job!

Hello Friends, I contacted Josh's Plumbing after my tenant's water heater failed. He had lots of great reviews and that is important to me. I am overseas and could not install it myself. Josh did a great job. Contacted my tenant's promptly and kept them and me in the loop. Buy cheap, buy twice with other's services. Josh was great and I intend to use him again. THANKS JOSH!
