Mr. Rooter replaced the water heater in the guest house. It was cheaper to buy the water heater ourselves and have them install it. The plumber had no problem with that. He also installed a secondary shut off valve for the propane into the guest house. Excellent work. The plumber fixed a number of smaller issues in the main house. Tightening fixtures, etc. Excellent work here. the plumber had superior plumbing experience and knowledge.

I simply got an estimate. They arrived on time and were very professional. I decided not to do the work with them at that time.

.We discovered a leaking pipe in the wall of our master bath. We asked to have the leak repaired, which entailed removing a 6 foot long vanity. When Ken and his assistant arrived, they laid down outdoor mats and put on shoe covers before entering the house. Ken and his assistant removed the vanity, tore out the wet drywall, cut out the section of leaking pipe and replaced it, and installed four new shut-off valves for the sinks. They did excellent work in a very timely fashion. We received excellent service at a great price. (Approx. $360.) We remodeled the bathroom ourselves, and then asked Ken to return to connect two new drain lines. (Approx. $150.) As part of this service call, he checked all the plumbing in the house, including the water heater. He also used a camera to check the plumbing lines and septic system. We are very happy with the work that was done, and with the plumbing "check-up"! Ken is very professional, friendly, and courteous. He answered all our questions, and gave us information about some of the other services Mr. Rooter offers, which we plan to use in the future. When I called to schedule both appointments, I spoke with Deborah, who is also very professional and courteous. She was able to make the appointments quickly, and called me back right when she said she would! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter-Cochise Plumbing!
