The carpet was very wet and dried with a stiff feel. Had a lot of soap left in it and most, if not all stains remained.

JR and his assistant arrived on time and did as thorough job on the carpets as possible. I know we gave him a handful, and the results were satisfactory. The chemicals they used on Saturday bothered us for a few days, but seem to have dissipated by mid-week or so. They had some difficulty with their equipment and so some water marks remained on the couch once it dried. I washed over the marks with warm water and a towel, and that made things look much better. The 5'x7' living room rug has not recovered from the cleaning as well; it has wrinkles the entire length of the rug that I hope will go away after a while. If not, I may choose to replace the rug and just not have a similar rug ever cleaned in that manner again. We'll see.

JR himself did our carpets... Over all a good experience. Found the price to be reasonable. Carpets look wonderful, few areas took longer to dry but they were the high traffic areas. I would diffidently call him again and again. extremely friendly and very professional.

It went really good. Jr called me within ten minutes of placing an inquiry on a Sunday and showed up just a couple hours later for a quote. The price was high but he did a wonderful job. We won't have to pay so much in the future cuz he took care of our problems the first time. He was able to work with our schedule to come when we asked. The floors did take about 12 hours to dry but they were so clean. I will definitely be calling him again.

I requested an appointment online and I was called immediately. They made the appointment at my earliest convenience. The owner or the company, JR, arrived at my home promptly at the arranged time. He was very professional. I was amazed at how he was able to address every single one of my concerns (I have used other carpet cleaning companies without getting the desired results). The only thing I would note is that he takes checks or cash and was unable to process a credit card onsite. However, I would recommend him to any of my friends.

JR did a great job.

The crew showed up on time, went right to work, removed stains and wax from the carpeting and did it all fast. The carpet was beautiful and virtually dry. I realize this was a while ago, but over the years I have had JR's clean my carpets several times and I always refer him to my friends.
