First of all, they insisted on sending two technicians for the job which was going to cost me about $180 to fix one sprinkler head. Second they were two hours late, never called, and arrived during the dinner hour. I told them that I was canceling my order.

I did contact them via Angie's List. The gentleman finally came out about a month or so later after I found them and initially contacted them over Angie's List, I guess my request for a consult got lost. He was very professional. They sent someone out to do a price quote and the price they quoted me was basically $450 for a month or for a year to keep the lawn maintained and stuff like that. Keep the weeds controlled, the whole bit. I know the amount discussed was $450 but I can't remember if that was monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually. The estimate was free, I paid nothing for the estimate, they did not charge for the estimate. The gentleman came out and he asked me what I wanted specifically what my landscaping needs were. I said this is what I need basically someone to do lawn maintenance and we discussed back and fourth what they provided, what they didn't do or what additional services they could provide if necessary or I requested them That was discussed I was given a written estimate that was good for I think 3 months at the time but I Can't remember if the quote given to me at that price was as I said, for a month, or quarterly. I'm living on like a quarter of an acre lot. They were the only one that was local to me that I contacted. The price based on the fact that they don't have any competitors around here locally I would have to say B. Based on the estimate I would say a solid B for quality without any competition I haven't much experiencer to compare them to anybody else.

I called to get an estimate. I was told it would be $50 for an estimate. I agreed and they said they would send someone over in a week and a half. The morning of the estimate I received a phone call from grasshopper asking for the $50. I was under the assumption that they would just bill me. They told me it had to be paid before coming out to the house. I cancelled the appointment because I was not informed of this before hand. If they had informed me of this when I called them it wouldn't have been an issue. I can only imagine if they are not upfront about an estimate what else they will not be upfront about. That is the reason I will never use their services.

Prior to reviewing the landscaping job they called and said that there would be a $50 FEE to just scope the work. I indicated that we would want nothing to do with this firm. One is not too sure of doing the work if thay require a $50 FEE TO SCOPE IT. They are either too expensive or unsure of their capabilities.

The crew arrived in the middle of the afternoon i had to wait all day because they couldn't give me a time. The work they did was just as i asked for and they didn't take alot of time to do it.

It went very well. They came and took care of my problems the same day and they cleaned up, you wouldn't even know they were here. They were little on the expensive side, but they did good work.

Grasshopper Landscaping was absolutely awesome to work with from start to finish. We really appreciated how Damon worked with us at the beginning to ensure we were getting the landscape design and flowers/trees that we really wanted. The backyard patio was replaced and the pavers are absolutely beautiful. The crew installed our fire pit and ensure that it had easy access to turning the gas on. Throughout the 2 weeks process, the crew was wonderful to work with. Marie, Nancy & Bree as office staff were excellent to work with as they kept us informed and communicated frequently. Steven, Karl & Jesse did a beautiful job and always consulted with us before doing something major. The final result is beautiful. Both front and back. I had to wait 6 days for an estimate for a non-refundable price of $35.00.

It went pretty good and they were very helpful. They have stayed in contact with me over the phone. We have gone over several different options. They have been very helpful in helping us figure out what to do. They have lowered the price as much as they can. They do not cost that much.

I contacted Grasshopper Landscaping about the removal of eight trees lining our driveway, as the trees had grown to a height that they were obstructing our view when backing out of our garage and beginning to affect our plumbing due to roots seeking water. The owner came to review the job and gave me an estimate. I did not request estimates from any other company, so I don't know how the price compared to any potential competitors. The crew came as promised, on time and with appropriate equipment. The job was completed very efficiently and professionally. The company did a wonderful job of tidying up and covering the area with gravel matching the rest of the yard so that the driveway looked as if the trees had never been there. I was very pleased with their work.

They gave me three different estimates. The one I chose was about $2,000 and they are going to replace some plants in the front yard, fix the front yard irrigation, add irrigation to the back yard, and plant two trees and native plants that attract butterflies. They called me back quickly within two days. They scheduled the evaluation within a week, and gave me an estimate within another week. Within 2 and a half weeks I went from calling to being on their schedule.
