+ -1 moreWe called on Friday, Mike came out Friday evening to check & give us the estimate. Conrad came out on Saturday to do the work. Both men were prompt, clean, knowledgeable and personable.
Description of Work: Our water softener unit exploded. This happened inside the tank and released millions of tiny yellow balls throughout our water lines. All lines, toilets, washing machine, showers and the water heater were flushed, ballcocks replaced, and a new water softener unit installed. Conrad was here @ 7 1/2 hours.

+ -1 moreThey are prompt in scheduling, punctual, polite, work quickly and explain what they are doing. It has been a pleasure to work with them every single time, from the office staff to the technicians. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: This company has been out to my house a few times through my home owner's warranty so I can't really comment on the cost of service. I have had them out to work on my ac/central unit a few times. compressor change, motor change, clean the unit.
