Description of Work: I had been doing my own pest control for 8 years. But the first time seeing a scorpion in the house led me to want professional help! I did some research and asked some friends and Ecoguard was highly recommended. I called, they returned my call within 30 minutes and came out the next day an did a thorough job inside and out. One of the reasons for using them is their "green" application with low to no odor (my wife is highly sensitive to chemical odors!). Their spray did not bother her at all!

 + -1 moreWe moved into a home with a huge yard that had been empty for well over a month. The first week, we spotted several scorpions inside the house. I found Ecoguard in a mailer offering half off the first treatment and contacted Mike who was very informative and pleasant. He sent Ricky out right away to start regular service. Because of their guarantee, we signed a 2-year contract. Ricky has gotten everything under control inside and out. The few scorpions we spot now are either dead or dying. I appreciate being called to schedule each treatment and having the same employee service us each time. Ricky is such a pleasure and answers any questions I may have patiently as though I'm the first to ask it. He's always here at the scheduled day and time and is very knowledgeable about his trade. He just does his thing without bothering us. Mike, the owner, is very responsive whenever I have called with questions or concerns. We're very pleased with the overall service to date and would recommend them to others.
