We sent them a photo of the serial number of our water heater. They ensured we received warranty credit. Right off the bat saved us $700. Steve came to give us the estimate. Our laundry room is located on the exterior wall of the house. We initially thought we would need to go from the attic to the laundry room, but he recommended putting the extension outside using a buried line. We had mentioned wanting to extend for a backyard bbq but were not going to do now due to expense. Steve recommended adding a bbq connection where the line went in for the dryer so that we could have use of natural gas for a grill now, for a small extra cost. He came out the same week to install the line. We have gravel covering the yard; he moved all the gravel aside before digging. The trench looked amazingly perfect, the work area very neat; it surprisingly didn't look like the mess I would have expected. Corree worked with Steve to install the gas line (with a tracer); they finished the digging & plumbing in 1 day! Steve took care of getting the city inspector scheduled to come out the next day (we paid the inspection fee, not included in the install price but he did tell us before we started). As soon as the inspection was done, Steve came out and buried the line & replaced the gravel - it looked beautiful, couldn't tell anything had been done, it looks like the line was installed with the home. We are very pleased with the work and will call again if we have any plumbing needs.
