I had heard about Cool Days from several friends. One of them has spent a long time working with HVAC providers and recommended them as one of the top companies in the area. Last year during the hottest months, they were able to schedule a time to come out and look at my air conditioner, even though it was just an inspection. At that time I recognized their professional attitude and their commitment to the family business. I received 3 estimates for replacing my heating and cooling equipment. They were not the cheapest estimate, but I trusted their expertise and I will receive a rebate from SRP. Before Jon and Dan left, they cleaned the area and showed me how to use the new Wi-Fi thermostat. I signed the paperwork for my SRP rebate and it will be submitted by them with a check coming directly to me. During the process, they never tried to sell me more than what I needed and never made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. Both of the installers were friendly and professional. They encountered a few surprises in the attic and getting the furnace in the small area, but all went well.

They were quick to respond to my calls and Dan came out earlier than expected. He didn't have the part, but was able to find one and fixed the unit quickly the same day. They charged 1/2 of what another company had quoted me for the same repair, including $15/lb less for the refrigerant. Overall, I was very pleased and will not hesitate to call them again.

It was not done, and they did not give me a reason until I actually called them to find out why it was not done. The repairman acted like he really did not want to do the work in the first place. He did install a new air flow box to my air handler at that time. He left all of the aluminum and insulation cut outs from his work in my attic. I later had a new AC unit and air handler installed by a different company. They told me that they could not believe that he had left all of that trash in my attic. They noted that it was sloppy work. I would in no way recommend Cool Days AC.

Spent a lot of time with me during the quote process to get my needs and figure out what system would work best and where to place the units. They were here about an hour just discussing options and layout of the system so that it would look the best. I called about two weeks later to get the system installed and they fit me in their schedule within a few days. They were professional, clean and did a great job and did exactly what they said they would do during the initial consultation. I will definately be using them again.

I had called their main number and spoke with one of the owners. She took down my information and scheduled the two appointments (1 for each house). The service man came on the date and time period expected. He even called me when he was on his way to each property. Both systems were in good shape and the service individual topped off the coolant in each unit. He even took some time to answer some general questions on what I should do as a homeowner to ensure the longevity of the unit. Overall, great and prompt services. We will definitely be using them again.

Cool Days always goes the extra mile. My repairman drove across town to get the part from another truck and install at 10pm so my renters could stay in the house (too hot otherwise). It saved me from having to put them up in a hotel.

Based on the reference provided by Rainbow, I had called Cool Days and found them to be really excellent in what they do. The gentleman who visited was a thorough professional with excellent knowledge and abundant patience. He answered all my questions, gave me tips on various topics, pointed out the problem areas and took care of them right away. He did not try to sell me any additional products and when I asked him about the thermostats, he explained me the differences in greater detail between various types. Finally, I decided to buy two to replace both the old thermostats I had and he finished the job immediately. All the vendors I had called in the past to service the A/C units were trying to sell me new units, close to $20K investment, but this gentleman was more interested in saving me money than selling me the stuff I did not need at this point of time. I would recommend this company to everyone.

We had some major remodeling going on in our home when we had them come out and they were able to work around everyone else. They came soon after we called them and got right to work. They really are a good company and we refer them all of the time.
