Description of Work: .He replaced ALL of the ventilated ridges (metal fittings) and all of the missing shingles. The roof should last 5 years.

Description of Work: TRK Development of Sierra Vista, AZ, has got to be the best construction company in town. A government employee stationed in Washington, I needed to have my roof repaired on my property in Sierra Vista, AZ. I had thought that I would need to have the roof replaced. But Todd from TRK told me not to worry. The water damage was minimal from the leaky roof, which he repaired at the lowest price possible. He told me the entire roof didn't need to be replaced, just some areas missing shingles and ventilation spars. I would heartily recommend TRK Development for people who have property in Sierra Vista. TRK is especially reliable for those of us who must deploy to unpleasant places worldwide. If you have to deploy and have a construction problem with your property, I would recommend peace of mind by calling TRK to correct the problem. You can then focus on your TDY or deployment.
