We have used Truly Nolen for the last nine years. We're on a yearly he comes out every three months so, it's like $109 every three months, I think it's every three months. They're very good.

Like many in Tucson, I've had several encounters with drywood termites. The treatment itself isn't especially nasty or expensive, so for me it wasn't worth paying a professional to treat outbreaks; they're not too stealthy and are fairly easy to locate once they set up shop. Very few exterminators seemed willing or able to do preventive treatments, which is what I wanted. I'd hesitated calling Truly Nolan in the past because I thought they'd be expensive compared to smaller outfits, but the 1 or 2 other estimates I'd finally gotten for preventive treatments were over $1,000, seemed kind of extreme, and yet wouldn't have treated any higher than 10' from the ground. (I have a vaulted ceiling next to an outside wall that's probably 20'-25' high; considering termites probably enter through the eaves, the estimate was probably targeting my anxiety more than future termites.) I was truly(!) surprised to discover that Truly Nolan had a preventive treatment for drywood termites that was straightforward and just made sense. They were the only one who did, out of more than a dozen exterminators I've contacted or looked up over the years. Even better, I honestly couldn't believe what they charged for the treatment and the annual renewal, especially considering they will come back and treat at no additional charge, for example, to treat the replacement trim when my patio doors were replaced. I know I don't always trust reviews that seem a bit over-the-top with praise and enthusiasm, but even now, months later, I still feel like gushing about them, especially after all the years of anxiety I've had, expecting to discover that the termites have been progressively eating my house out from around me.

They did a very good job and explained everything to us. I have recently seen a large bug in my shower. They explained that they come up from the sewer so if I put vinegar down the drains occasionally that may help. They are scheduled to come again on June 17th. They come every two months.

I have mixed evaluation of them because I am not using them anymore and I can say that they are average. I think they are just too big and I think their main focus is just up selling so they can continue selling you more services and make more money. I don’t think they are not all that concerned in solving your pest and termite problem. They charged me about $35 per month for rodent control and probably another $20 per month for pest and bug control. I don't know if I will use them again because the experience I had with the other pest control services I have been using has not been that much better either. So, it has a possibility that I might use them again.

I worked with them for about 6 years but I quit a year ago because of their price. They are over double what the company I have now charges. They are very reliable and they are certainly kind of state of the art on everything. They are well trained and pleasant people but it’s just the guy that shows up now, his truck isn’t the latest equipment and everything but there are no bugs here so that’s good. They are a fine company. They are good it’s just that one factor. I would use them again if they are competitive in price.

They are flexible and are able to come when we are at our house in Arizona. They have always come as scheduled. The termite service has been completely reliable. When we had a termite issue they came out the next day promptly, sprayed everywhere and we have not had an issue since.

Overall it went well. We no longer the bugs we used to around the house and garage.

Very professional and honest

They are the biggest company I guess. I actually purchased the house with the maintenance contract attached. I originally paid the annual maintenance fee and they’ve been real good taking care of the house without a lot of additional charges. I’m very happy with them. Their price is good. They’re very good in everything.

The experience has been great. I haven't compared their prices. I enjoy their service so the price doesn't bother me. I would use them again.

They do an authentic job. They come when they schedule appointments. Their price is okay.

The consultation was free. It has been a very positive experience working with them. The best thing was their customer service. The guy that came out was fantastic. We live in Tucson and they are actually a nationwide company but they originate in Tucson; so for us it’s like a hometown company.

I’m on a yearly plan for both termites and bees and each one of those services is $200. I spend $400 in total. They are easy to get a hold of and they are out of the house quickly. I would continue to use their services in the future.

I have service every other month. Since we're a business and here all day anyway we don't bother with setting up appointments. Our tech just pops in and sprays. He's always very polite and discrete. He understands that when we're busy with customers we have to help them before we can sign our paperwork with him.

It?s the first time I had a termite treatment and so I paid for the job. However, I pay by visits for the monthly service. I got bids from three different places and their bid was the best. They worked with me on the price and they told me that I didn?t need to have few things but another company said I did. They also let me pay in installments. However, I would be happy to give them a ringing endorsement for their regular monthly treatment. I would continue to use their services in the future too.

I called them and they sent some one out. He was very professional. I was really impressed by the company. I am very particular about customer service. These guys really did a good job. They guy who works in my house calls me and coordinates with me. It is definitely a personal touch.

We get the same guy, so he knows us and our animals. He uses all green products. They spend a lot of time and they always ask you what kind of pests are there that month. They vary their treatment every month depending on what kind of pests you have. They are good. They are prompt and I would give them all A's.

I have had no pest problems since I began using them. I am very pleased with them. They are on time and make sure to answer my questions. They are in and out and the price is reasonable as well. I think they are a great company to do business with.
