It was fine. I guess, the names from several of the neighbor's around here love them. So, I went with them and that was fine. I have not heard anything bad about them.

Excellent! Always dependable and thorough.
Description of Work: Ricks is an excellent pest control service. I've used them for about 10 years for monthly service and also for termite annual inspection and control. They are very congenial about scheduling and very prompt. They do complete pest control and even have bee service that I've been told is far more affordable than other bee services. I am completely comfortable having their employees in my house.

They call me to ask whether or not I need service and they seem pretty flexible in terms of me needing their service that month or not. They don't insist on a very specific schedule and that meets my needs quit nicely.
