Services were performed quickly, professionally, and on a holiday, with no complaints on either side. The callout fee is expensive, but the peace of mind is definitely worth it.
Description of Work: Called them out on Easter Sunday when my daughter's apartment was vandalized (rock thru the window during the night). Apartment was unsafe, and she and her room mate couldn't stay there. Apartment management company was completely non-responsive all day long, so I called and got Greg in the middle of a family gathering, explained the situation, and he left immediately and repaired the window in a timely fashion.

They are a local company. They sent in a guy who was a bow in the China shop. He basically ruined my door that they sent which they brought two areas on the glass. We were so frustrated and then they sent a man finally. They fired the other guy. The funny thing about this area is that they give timing like they would be here between 10 and 2. It’s like you sit here waiting and then they may call you and say that they are running late and it might be 6. It’s a whole day shock and it has happened to us several times. They gave me a $50 credit because of the six times the other guy came. We actually ended up spending more because we had my husband’s shower done which was $1800 with Lowe’s. The two guys that came said that they could fix my shower. When they got in there they cracked my cultured marble which really took me off and denied it that they didn’t do it. I fixed it myself with cork so that it doesn’t show up but it was just aggravating for everything we had done. It’s been something that we had them come back again and again. First I had them come out and measure and analyze the old door as it was thirteen years old. The bottom track had rusted so when you step on that water squeezed out. So we knew that we needed a new shower door. So I went to them and talked to them about it. Quite frankly the company that provided the shower to them sent a wrong color at one point, they sent wrong sizes at another point. It wasn’t totally the installers fault but we didn’t have the directions when they took it out of the box. They did send two of them and we had to get down on the shower door to cloak the bottom which we shouldn’t have to do. They didn’t seem to pay attention to little details as other companies. We would tell everybody do not use them. The whole thing was a fiasco. We used to be this business before and communication is the biggest key for things to go smoothly. If we had the things put in the first time correctly then the price was great. We used to contact them and they used to never contact us. We used to hang over thirty minutes with installers at the same time. We would never use them again.
Description of Work: We hired National Auto Glass of Tucson for replacing a door on the 8th of this month. They put in a new shower door.
