Description of Work: Had a heat pump that wasn't heating for us. Turned out it was only the thermostat (more complicated thermostat role for heat pumps than I had understood) - they replaced it at a reasonable price with a good one. Being on their maintenance agreement, there was no charge for the Sunday morning urgent appointment either - great stuff!

Look at the space above! ^
Description of Work: Contact general maint on a new AC/ heater unit rooftop. They had problems with the new unit. We recvd our electric bill 210.00 in a 1400 sq ft home. Before the new unit was installed our bill was 185.00 max for a 3 month heat wave. They came back one week later nits talked a new unit and control panel and everything has been GREAT.
