 + -1 moreTim arrived early and went right to work. He answered all our questions and concerns and gave us a very thorough report with photos of areas that need addressing. We would definitely use him again and we highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreThe gentleman that owns the company, Tim, did a very thorough and made a very thorough report. One thing that he did not have was pictures of defects. He explained them all to me as well as the homeowner. I had him come back and recheck things and he was very thorough with that. I think that the price was reasonable for home inspections. He was timely. He was reasonably priced for the service that he gave me.
