My experience with them right now is extraordinary. They are a great company. It is not done yet, but I am contracted to do it. Everything is picked out. We are just waiting to set a date to set the tile. They were just wonderful. Any questions I had, they answered. They are great. I chose to go with them because of their price. They are here in this community. They were really helpful. They came to my home. They did everything. They did the measurements.

Don't remember her name, but she gave a very good, professional response and detailed account of services requested. She obviously knew her business. We had also got a bid from a local competing company. While trying to make an informed decision, we got an email from this gal that she did not work for "Carpet One" anymore and was working for another Tucson company...and would we consider coming to her for any further "help". We decided not to...although we considered her to be above and beyond the other company in "expertise". Have to say ACRA construction was unbelievably expert and professional at what was a very difficult job.Can't say "her" sub contracters would have been better, but she was an excellent employee for Carpet One....whose loss, I don't know!

Slow to get install and then the schedule was jumbled up and it took over 10 days from start to finish due to chipping of marble bathroom shower area, chipping of newly painted door and forgetting to install baseboard. I was told by the inspector of the installers (his men were not responsible for the errors). I told him we had three witness's who would state otherwise. The repair men worked hurridly and did a slap shod job. I had to repay a painter to come in and repaint and repair after thier repairman left and had to redo the carpet so it met the entrance tile without a 1/4 inch gap.

Linda is working with us for the right carpet for the best price. It seems I have a champagne taste and a beer pocket book....well not quite beer but then not champagne either.

The sales rep came to the house to measure a window for wooden shutters. She came without samples, a couple of generic pictures and tried to describe verbally what they would look like. Some weeks later we got an estimate in the mail that would be good until April. That was the only contact we had with the company. I have a philosophy that I live by. If a company that is trying to sell me something cannot treat me well during the sales process, they definitely will have no interest in any problem I might have after the sale. In this case I became even more disinterested that Carpet One was. Their loss.

I live and work in Tucson. My father, who lived in Green Valley, passed away and I needed to do cosmetic improvements in order to sell his house. Dawn at Carpet One was recommended to me. To her credit, Dawn (my carpet specialist) made excellent choices for carpet and tile. However, she is very poor at managing projects. On Feb 21st I agreed to hire them Dawn told me it would take a week for the tile to arrive, but that it would be installed soon after. I asked her if it could be done by Mar 9 and she said and quot;it shouldn't be a problem.and quot; Based on that assertion, I proceeded to schedule the painter to start on Mar 11 (he preferred to paint after the carpet had been installed). On Mar 4 I took the day off to run errands in GV, so I stopped at the house. The work had not been started. I stopped at Carpet One to meet Dawn in person. Her first question to me was to ask how I liked the carpet. I told her it had not been started. She said it should be done this week. I asked that if I were to stop at the house on Sat Mar 9 would I be able to see the carpet and tile installed. She said and quot;it shouldn't be a problem.Nervous about it being finished on time, I drove down Thu after work. It hadn't been started. I talked to Dawn Fri morning and she said the tile would go in on Mon Mar 11 and the carpet on Wed. I told her we now have a problem. She did get the tile person in over the weekend and scheduled the carpet for Mon. My painter said he could work around the carpet layer, but apparently the carpet layer was uncooperative and was yelling (the house is in a quiet retirement community). The work did get finished on Thu. However, they have yet to return my key. They claim it was mailed to me on Mon Mar 18, but it is now more than a week later and the key as not arrived.

We waited several days for a response from her about the window blinds she left out of her bid. We finally decided it was not worth it to us to have to continually follow up with Carpet One when there are other businesses available who respond in a more timely manner with complete pricing.

The job went very well. They are professional. They are very helpful. The quality is excellent. I am very pleased with it. I would use them again in the future.

Never received price quote from representative

I thought that Kevin did a good job and he was able to keep his equipment off my newly painted walls so that it did not scratch, which I appreciated. There was nothing that I did not like and I would recommend him.

THE CREW THAT CAME OVER WERE POLISH, SO I HAD TO WORK WITH THEM A LITTLE BIT. THEY COULDN'T SPEAK MUCH ENGLISH, BUT THEY SURE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WORKED HARD AND IT LOOKS GREAT!
