+ -1 moreNo complaints what so ever. I like that the report they give you on-site has pictures of the problems. Especially with the roof issues. They carry a camera and a PDA and walk around doing the report. Once they finished, they go in the van and print the report. Unlike my last home inspection in Portland were the inspector used carbon copy paper and no pictures.
Description of Work: Inspection started during construction of our home. We were still in our home in Portland, Oregon so Marc and Bob, did monthly inspections of the home to make sure everything was to code. They also represented us during frame walk and did the final walk through with us as well. Before closing, they actually created the punch list for the builder. INVALUABLE if you've ever built a new home. That was a year ago and I've just hired them again to inspect the house before the one year warranty expires. Again, they created another list for the builder. They found a bathroom sink faucet that wasn't working properly and recommended that the roof get some spot treatments.
