Bill's Home Service Co

Bill's Home service was recommended by a friend of mine that also has the same services for bug and termite extermination. I also read that they are on "Angie's List" so I picked them. The guys that do the extermination are very punctual and do good work. The bug spray they use to exterminate bugs work very well on most insects especially ants, which was why I hired this business since the sprays and ant granules/dust from the stores just weren't enough to kill most of them. One thing with this business is if you are on a contract with them and they have already sprayed and you still have problems with the bugs or termites, you can call their office about it and can be scheduled to come back and do the spraying for bugs or put more stuff(foam or solution) for termites. They also do rodent extermination with submitting bait stations which I also have problems with at times in my garage.

We are always impressed with the professionalism of Bill's Home Service technicians. They are always respectful, but never take up more time than needed. But if you have a question, they're always willing to provide an answer if they can. We signed up for their annual service, so they come 4 times a year, both to our main home and our rental home. The service keeps our homes pest-free!

Bill's Home Service came out to my house 2 times. One time was a termite inspection and to spray for bugs. The person that did the termite inspection uses a light to look for mud tubes that termites make. I also had a contract drawn on termite treatments. The 2nd time Bill's home service came out to put termite bait stations in the ground and dealt with putting a special foam in the walls near the termites were at to kill them. They told me if the termites come back in the home, to call them. I did and they will send someone out to my home to treat for termites in 2 other rooms. Their prices are fair enough for the bug spraying but termite contract is lot more expensive but it's worth it. My friend uses this same business for bugs/termites and he recommended them to me also.

On time service, Very friendly office staff. Professional on-site service plus an immediate emailed report of what they did. Great company.

It was less money than normal because I have a plan with them. They are very professional. When I bought this house, I had them check for termites and they did a very good job. They also did my home inspection before I bought this house. This is the third home inspection they did for me and their home inspection was excellent. They went far beyond what I think some of the other home inspectors do because one of the home inspections that I had done, the people that were selling the house had one down, and my inspector found a lot of things that they hadn't even known about.

We've been using this service for 7 years and I won't change it. The guy who takes care of us double checks and looks for things to make sure he didn't miss anything. He always has a good attitude. He just makes everything work. I give them an A++++ for his work.

What I like about Bill's is that they inspect the home if they do not find anything, then they do not do anything. If they find something, they put the poison out. They have 25 thousand dollars insurance for structural damage on your home. They seem very professional. I have been very pleased with them. They have a very competitive price. He was on time.

They have always provided very good service for me and their customer service is excellent. I never had a problem with them arriving late and the technicians are very pleasant and courteous.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT THEIR JOB, THEY SEND ME A CARD TO LET ME KNOW WHEN IT'S TIME FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION SO I DON'T HAVE TO REMEMBER IT. THEY REALLY DO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS, THEY ALWAYS ARRIVE ON TIME.

THEY ARE GREAT. WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. THEY COME AND INSPECT OUR HOME EVERY YEAR. IF WE DID HAVE TERMITES THEY WOULD REPAIR ANY DAMAGE THE TERMITES DID ALL FOR THAT LOW FLAT RATE. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH THEM.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND I LOVE HOW RELIABLE THEY ARE. I DON'T HAVE TO CALL TO REMIND THEM TO COME. THEY JUST ALWAYS SHOW UP AND DO A GOOD JOB.

THIS COMPANY DOES A GOOD JOB SPRAYING FOR PESTS. THEY ALWAYS COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND THEY HAVE SUCH NICE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE.

SINCE WE HAVE STARTED USING THIS COMPANY WE HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE ON TIME FOR EACH VISIT IF THEY WILL BE LATE THEY CALL AND LET US KNOW.

WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM, WHEN THE YEAR IS UP THEY CONTACT US AND LET US KNOW IT'S TIME AGAIN. WE HAVE TRIED OTHER COMPANY'S, BUT NONE ARE AS GOOD AS THIS ONE. THERE PRICES ARE GREAT, THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, AND THERE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY REASONABLE IN THE PRICING FOR THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE MANY TIMES BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS COMPANY WE WERE USING. TOTALLY HAPPY WE SWITCHED TO BILL'S.

THEY HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION. MY FAMILY HAS BEEN USING THEM FOR THE PAST TEN YEARS SINCE WE MOVED INTO OUR HOUSE. WE HAVE NOT HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH TERMITES SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF US.

I LIKED THE PEOPLE THAT THEY SENT OUT TO THE WORK. I REALLY LIKED THE WORK THAT THEY DO. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I HAD FOUND A TERMITE INFESTED AREA IN A SUPPORT BEAM ON THE WEST SIDE OF MY HOME THAT THEY DIDN'T FIND. I WAS FORCED TO REPLACE THEM. THEY CHARGED WAY TOO MUCH.

WE ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM, AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
