Process was good.
Description of Work: Inspector left things on that he should have turned off like light switches. Fans left on, and turned down the thermostat.

Description of Work: Chris came out and did our home inspection. I arrived early and was still beaten to our new home by Chris. He had already gotten a head start on the whole process but took the time to walk me through what he had already covered. He was very professional and used some cutting edge equipment to both be accurate with his inspection as well as efficient. The whole process took a little less than 2 hours I think. After leaving, I had the completed inspection in my inbox, complete with pictures of everything well before the end of the night. I liked that even though his company offers many other services, he did not try to sell me anything until I brought it up.

Very good service.
Description of Work: We have had a yearly contract since we moved to Arizona in 10/4/2006. They are very good at their job and reliable. We have had the same inspector from October, 2006 to current. He checks for signs of additional problems and takes care of it immediately. This company and the people who work for them are professional and customer responsive.
