 + -1 moreI just had a water heater installed and have had past plumbimg repairs done by Bessett Plumbing. They are AWESOME!! Very professional, honest, respond very quickly, wonderful customer service and very reasonable pricing. They went above and beyond. Give them a try.
Description of Work: Hot water installation and plumbing repairs in the past. They also fixed a circuit breaker and switched a light bulb for me at no charge. I didn't even ask. They just really care about customer service.

 + 0 moreThey were very quick and reasonable. They were at my home only 20 minutes after my call. They were pleasant to work with which is not always the case. I received a bid from another company that was $900 so I am very glad I found Bessett.
Description of Work: They replaced a broken part of a hot water valve. They also bypassed a crack in my water softener.

 + 0 moreHe came promptly, decided the blockage was between the house and septic and used a clean-out to put down a snake. This cleaned it out quickly. He was here a less than an hour and although it was a Sat., I think $287.00 was excessive for the work done.

 + 0 moreThey did a good job and we were really pleased with them. Terry Bessett was the plumber who did the work and he was a very nice guy.
Description of Work: They snaked out the clogged drains. We also had them work on the plumb for the new gas range and had the plumbing lines run out to the new gas grill.

Description of Work: This company worked on a lift station for our house. We were charge an hourly rate for a lot of downtime wich I did not think was right. The problem was electrical in nature. Which by the way I had the same problem some three months later and had someone else correct the problem. I will say that after some dicussion our bill was reduced to reflect the actual work time.

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreThe plumber used an augger to check drain trap and it was clear. He determined the odor was from bateria growing on sides of the pipe and the trap. I will pour about 1 cup of bleach down this drain each night after a shower for a week and then about once a week to keep bateria at bay.
Description of Work: Diagnostic on master-bathroom shower drain with very foul odor.

 + 0 moreThe work was done in a lot less time that I thought it would take. It only took him one hour to finish. There were no leaks after the installment. The plumber was awarded small business man of the year by the local Chamber of Congress.
Description of Work: He installed a water filter system under my kitchen sink to filter out the tap water. He didn t have to take any of the plumbing out under the sink in order to install the filter.

 + -1 moreWE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY DEPENDABLE. THEY WERE VERY HONEST ABOUT THE COST AND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD HIRE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME AND REPLACED THE WASHERS IN THE FAUCETS IN THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. THEY ALSO REPLACED THE SHOWER CONTROL KNOBS.
