Xpress Pool Service

Fine the first Month. As many do we have 5 children teens who throw pool parties. Xpress pool service complains if there is toys in pool, given they charge quite a bit for chemicals in the last month and its been cold and no one has been in our pool. The person they send out does not always come because on more than one occasion I had to take a photo before I left to work and when I came home found it was the same way and when I call them to tell them they say he did come as if I was lying. They also leaving equipment on my back yard table and I called them to let them know this and insist their people would not leave anything. I also have photos of this. I have never worked with a company who is so unprofessional. Would not use them or referral anyone to them.

We were looking for a company to come out and maintain our pool chemicals such as chlorine, soda ash, shock etc. That is all we wanted a pool service company to do, we had one who did it once a month and he was great but he moved away or something like that so we had to find someone else. We emailed this company with details of the exact services we were looking for. When Pat first came out he evaluated the pool but he kept saying that there were some issues with the pool mechanical issues. The pool itself works fine, I'm sure it is not working at 100% but it does what it is suppose to do. I explained to him that I cannot have the pool mechanics fixed because we rent the house and the home owners do not want to put money into fixing the pool. So we as tenants are responsible to making sure the chemicals were balanced and that's it. Again I explained that to Pat, he was originally OK with it. First I didn't hear anything from him for almost a week after Pat came out to evaluate the pool, I had to contact this company through Angies List again just to get a response. He finally responds with an estimate and says he will be out next Wednesday without actually verifying I would be available. I review the estimate and it was an estimate for fixing the pool mechanical issues. I emailed him telling him not to come out Wednesday because it would take time for me to get any approval to fix the mechanics of the pool. Never got a response but I assume he got it because he didn't come out that Wednesday. So today I email him stating what I need from a pool company, he responds stating he refuses to work on a pool with mechanical issues. There are no major issues with this thing. I spent over a grand out of my own pocket getting it fixed, there are simply minor issues, the pool still works. In fact the estimate he gave me was a little over $100 after tax, which is very minor. If the home owners gave me permission I would do it, but again I rent and I already paid over $1000 out of pocket. I refuse to spend another penny that I am not responsible for. When we put the proper chemicals the pool looks beautiful and the pump does a good jump, except it needs a backwash like Pat said. Other than that no major issues, yet Pat refuses to service my pool? Its his company so he can do whatever, but wow I have never contacted a company refusing service like that. I will never use this company for anything in the past and will warn my friends who have pools in Goodyear as well.

After several visits we are very pleased with how attentive Pat was from the first visit to the last visit. We will be referring and using his business again.

Couldn't have gone better as far as I'm concerned. I called and left a message. He responded within 12 hours and was at my house in the morning getting things under control. He replaced all of my broken pool tools and had the pool ready for fun in 24 hours. He really seemed knowledgeable. He didn't try to tell me he had to do a drain the pool to make things right like my ex- pool serviced tried several times at $300 to $400 a shot.

It has worked out really well. I have a contract with them. I pay them monthly but they come out every week. Their price is fair. They are honest and they do a good job. Pat is great to work with. He is the one that I deal with mostly but I am not sure if he has another technician that shows up while I am gone to clean the pool. When I have issues, I call Pat and he is always great to work with. He is absolutely able to answer any questions that I have. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

my pool was in bad shape needed an acid wash also it turns out I had black algae growing in some spots. so needed to be chlorine wash. they have did an excellent job my pool never looked better even when it was new. I have also hire them for the weekly maintenance

love this pool service this is a home i just purchased and did not know anything about pools he explained everything in detail and had great patience with all my questions pop ups did not work, filter had broken parts and badly need new filters he fixed everything and will do the monthly maintenance on the pool this is the company that you feel is trust worthy and will treat your pool as it is his own

WHAT LIFE SAVER!!! I called Pat in a panic, my home had been purchased, and I needed pool repairs quickly to meet inspection requirements. I called Pat on a friday late morning.... WOW, he not only responded to me very quickly, but was able to see me and do the repairs the same day. I can't say enough good things about how much this helped me. He was on the spot with what I needed, did the repairs, and gave me a price that was well under my anticipated costs. I would and will recommend him to everyone I know.. Great to have found him on Angie's List!!!

They were able to send someone right away. Service person was great. He replaced the part in just minutes and for very reasonable cost. He also gave us some useful information.

. Pat did an excellent job of thinking through our unusual and rather complex set of pipes and equipment. He is honest and fair with his pricing. He recommended that we switch to a different sanitizer system that is more common but I am committed to using as little chlorine as possible. Pat was on time and very professional. I have used him in the past to repair things and he did a great job and was efficient. I chose a different company to do this work and was sorry i did. I will go back to Pat.

Very reliable and professional service. I have been using this company for almost two years. I never have to worry about my pool. They keep my filters clean and equipment running efficiently.
