Southwest carpet cleaning was excellent! Very professional, on time, did 4 Rooms and the master closet, kept price same as promised when making the appointment. My carpets look, feel and smell amazing! I will only use this company in the future!

Mike was prompt, thorough, and provided good advice about the carpet for after care. He even called afterwards to warn us to be careful about possibly slipping if we stepped onto tiles after walking across the wet carpet. We do plan to use him again when it is time to freshen our carpets.

Very professional, informative and does a very good job

Mike was a very professional individual who knows his trade very well. He has many years of experience. He explained the process and fees associated with cleaning our chair and was very fair with his price. He did a great job and out chair looks like new.

Mike did a great job on two old sitting chairs that needed to be cleaned very badly. I was debating on the cost...but they turned out terrific and look almost new....I will have to get the legs refinished to give a complete "like new rate". Mike arrived on time and worked with my schedule to set the appointment. Mike also finished the job in the exact amount of time he quoted. Mike never once complained about this or that like I have had with other home advisor contractors.

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars for this company and in particular, Mike. Not only do my carpets look fantastic but he rescheduled my appointment in the blink of an eye to help me with an unexpected (and frustrating) carpet/water leak situation, and somehow kept me well within our agreed upon price range! I'm a first time home owner and doing a lot of the pre move-in work on my own, so finding people I can trust hasn't been the easiest thing to do. I can say without a doubt that I will continue to use, brag about and refer this company to anyone looking. Mike, thank you again for your incredibly hard work, your expertise and timeliness and for helping me out of a very chaotic situation.
