Chris called to let me know he was at the house. I was around the corner eating breakfast. I asked him if he minded starting without me and he got right to it. i got there a few minutes later and got up on the roof. Chris was good about explaining to me and showing me what needed to be done for preventative measures. Funny thing while we were up there there was a large fish tank light on the patio roof. How weird is that?? We had him do the work. I knew it needed maintenance and didn't want to have to deal with it when it was hotter then **** out) he also helped me with our brand new swamp cooler. the inspector forgot to put the door back on it was spilling water out. so i got to have a good look at that too. i had been telling Chris that we were thinking about buying a warrantee. he told me to really look at what they covered. After doing research we did not buy one. the biggest cost issue in the house was the ongoing maintenance of the air-conditioning system. We will be using AAAHHH for all our air conditioning needs. I trusted him and liked the fact that AAAHHH is a small local business. See you when it is time for our next service in November!! Deb

Serviced 4 AC units. Repaired broken fan motor and 2 capacitors that were ready to fail. Total cost was approximately $1000 across all 4 AC units.

Oliver was my first contact who arranged a time that best suited my schedule. They were very flexible and that allowed me to not be stressed about taking time off work. Chris was my A/C Technician who arrived on time and ready to work. Very friend and professional. After the service was complete he went over everything he found and had pictures to show me as well. He showed me tons of stats on how the A/C was working and that the freon was in good order. He was able to inform me that the A/C was not as old as we thought but that it did need some Coil cleaning. He provided a fair price and signed us up to be part of their membership program which is an excellent value! When we are ready for the Coil cleaning, we are definitely calling Aaahhh! Home Services. Chris, the technician, called ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving. When he arrived, he introduced himself and was very friendly. He performed all the work that was part of the A/C tune-up and answered all the questions I had about my A/C unit. Overall I was very impressed with the service. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering any questions I had.

They did a great job. They were prompt and their service was really quick. Their prices were very reasonable. I would highlyrecommend them.

It went great. They got there a few minutes early and they didn't try to over complicate things or sell me on additional parts or service.

I had another company come in to look at the unit before calling out Oscar, which was a big mistake. The prior company technician told me I had to replace the compressor and proceeded to cut the lines to the unit, releasing all the coolant. After removing the compressor, the prior company advised me it would cost over 1800 to just replace the compressor, not including the Freon, however recommended it was better to replace the entire unit for around 4k to avoid any problems in the future. I decided to get another persons opinion before going any further. A friend recommended I contact Aahhh Home Services, which I did. The technician (Oscar) was very professional and took the time to explain what exactly was wrong with my unit. He arrived at my home, when promised which I was thankful for, since I had to take time off work to meet with him. He advised me that there was a short in the compressor that required repair and would not need to be replaced as the prior company advised. The majority of the repair cost with Oscar was to recharge the system. . Had I called Oscar first, I would have had avoided the extra cost paid to replace the freon that was allows to be released from the initial company that came out. I am thankful for the recommendation from my friend and would highly recommend Aahh Home Services to anyone.
