Just great. Appreciated the honest appraisal of our systems, especially regarding the initial installation of the two air handlers in the attic, which had defective installs to begin with.

It went very well aside from an address issue (the office manger gave the technician my billing address instead of the address where the work was to be performed). However, when the technician determined what had happened, his kept his professionalism and came out ASAP (for that alone, I commend him, he was sent halfway across the valley when it was down the street from the business). He serviced both A/C units, examining the lines and valves (noted that one valve was leaking), checking the capacitors (two of four needed attention), and adding refrigerant (I paid to have two additional pounds added to the larger unit, which I had already suspected was low). It paid immediate dividends as there was a noticeable difference in air temperature from the registers and throughout the house. I will contact them again to soon service my own home's A/C, as I was very pleased with their overall service and professionalism.

The man out said 2 of the 19 its, are out of date. He saw a problem with a specific issue in the air flow in the attic to my bedrooms & he said he would take pics & did and he would send to me via email, so i can then decide to do more work. I have called them 4 times and they say yes I will send them and then nothing. it has been 3 weeks already and the last call I was told they would send them for the 1st time and again nothing...when I called back 2 & 3 days ago their phone lines and voicemail box is so full you can't leave a message? Very disappointed as this was the thing they told me was an issue and I have nothing to know what to do.

Fernando was very professional. He recommended that I replace a part. I thought the price was quite high, but let him replace it anyway. Overall I was very pleased.

It went excellent. The young man was very professional. He went up in the attic and did his work. He did not charge me anymore than the Big Deal. One guy came out. His communication was excellent. He did a walk through and explained what he was doing. It is an older air conditioner, and it's in great shape. He talked through the different things. He basically said it was in great shape. He said it looked like I will have it for a couple more years. He gave me a deal for a free something because of the Big Deal.

It went really well. I will have them continue to maintain my AC unit.

Service tech arrived in the time window as promised. Work was done efficiently and professionally.

The office was proactive about setting up an appointment; the service man arrived punctually and was nice, competent and professional.

About a month or month and a half ago, I bought a service deal for an air conditioning tune up. I bought it on July 2. They were here within a couple of days of that. They were very, very good. The price was excellent. They were professional, I'd give them an A. I certainly would use them again.

We were scheduled for a Wednesday, they did not show up until Thursday. They did not call to say they would be there the next day. I had someone at the house waiting for them on Wednesday but they did not show up.

What happened was, the house i bought the air conditioner went. Actually the air handler went and they replaced the air handling unit and they had to replace the air conditioner. they did all the work. one worker wasn't very good and another worker was just great so i don't know how to balance this company out. Ultimately I have a nice working air conditioner at home. I didn't have to pay because it was through the warranty company. Well actually I would use them again if i needed somebody. I would tell others that most likely you would get them through your home warranty company. You wouldn't use them as an individual client per se. If you checked with everybody else, or you cant find anybody else to do the work they are reasonable and do it ok. They did ok work when the did it, so i can't argue with that. I would use them again if i were pushed to.

Robert checked the unit and offered a repair price, plus a replacement price. I elected to replace and solicited bids from several vendors. Efficient Air was not the cheapest. Robert was professional and easy to talk to.

Overall, I had a fairly good experience. Living in Phoenix in July, I can't say as I expected a super fast response, but they were able to come out about a week after I called to check out my air conditioner. My husband and I have live din our house for about two and a half yrs and it's never been looked at by us, so we figured it was time. The tech told us our capacitor wasn't working as efficiently as it should and recommended we replace it, but wasn't pushy when I told him I needed to talk to my husband after he got home from work. The only negative I had was the technician was not able to check the motor,since he said we had some Christmas decorations in front of it in our attic that he couldn't/wouldn't move. Other than that, however, I had no complaints with the services performed!

Robert, was very punctual and very thorough. He gave me his advice on filters and on the original air conditioner. He was fair and informative. When we have to replace our air conditioner, we will definitely use Efficient Air. They were fabulous.

They were on time, very nice, quickly diagnosed, had the parts and repaired in the same day.

I have found my "go to" air conditioning company!! I appreciated the honesty of the technician Jeff, he was so very helpful to explain everything in detail, as I had been Ripped off by OTHER air consigning companies in the past. They will be who I now call!! Thank you Effecient Air

Their technician actually checked, and remarked, in writing -- on each point of the tune up. Our old unit check out very well and there was no pushy upsell for imaginary problem.

Told me of problems, but repair were 6 times the amount that I was charged by another company

Bought the $39 deal. All went well.

Well. He was one of the few who have come and did just what he was supposed to....not suggesting more work to be done. We were pleased, and he was pleasant.
