Description of Work: The person was on time and did what service I paid to have done. I had a Ac check and tune up. Unfortunately, beside the service` I felt from 5 min. after he arrived I was being pressured but with a smile to buy more services. I just moved to Arizona- so I was trusting an Angies list service to be reputable. I did buy a AC acid wash and cleaning for the unit because he showed me and convinced me it would be VERY helpful for the long term AC unit. So 157,00 later he used my hose with not enough pressure and a small attachment with a solution and sprayed it. Took about 10 min. total. - It did clean it and it did run quieter but I am not sure 157.00 dollars worth was done. By the time he left I felt I had been taken advantage of by my newness to the area. In defense of the company he did the work and also sold me another service that I am really not sure of what I paid for in the future. I was putting to much trust in a company because they are on Angie's list with great ratings and as I said I just moved to Arizona and had no idea what or who to have provide services for my new home and especially keeping my AC in perfect running condition.
