Clear pools provided a second opinion / evaluation for a pool filter for our warrantee company, when the 1st contract recommended to deny our claim. Their opinion helped greatly getting our pool filter covered and saved us thousands fo dollars. They were professional, timely and communicated well. I would definetly recommend them!!

It went okay. They did an overall inspection. I had just recently had all of the filters changed and there was a little leak on top of the filter. I wanted him to do a double check. Some pool people charge you necessarily. I thought the price of the Big Deal for the inspection was well worth the estimate that was being given to me. He was excellent. He did a good job. He was able to explain to me, and it definitely wasn't the price that the prior pool guy gave me. He got it up and running and checked the valves. I paid more than the Big Deal because there were additional recommendations. He was responsive and on time. The communication with him was excellent. The only thing he did was when I was looking to change pool services, because he offered to come out and double check and set up future appointment, and no one contacted me. That could've been an oversight. I could've easily followed up myself.

Chris was there at 7 a.m. the next day. He surveyed the situation, changed the plumbing and a gasket that were leaking and fixed the problem in about a half hour. Talk about quick service! Chris was very professional and knew exactly what to do. I would recommend Clear Pool Solutions LLC to anyone with a pool problem.

They did really well. The young guy was very knowledgeable, he explained what he was doing, he was there on time, and he did everything quick. He told me what he did on the way out. He was overall very conscientious.

We called them today and they said the rebuild is good for a year but you have to pay us $87 an hour service call for a minimum of two hours. We called the home warranty company and they will come out for the regular $67 and we will use someone else. They are the one that came out from the warranty company to repair the motor and when they got out here, it was so rusted, the warranty wouldn't cover it. We paid $295 for them to rebuild the casing and the motor. We had somebody do our pool and they didn't mention it. It was 20 years. It's got a new outside frame and rebuilt motor. They went in 11/15 and our pool guy just said hey, the motor is making all kind of noise, it's broken. We are not real pleased with them not saying, "Gee whiz, let us come out and see what's going to happen". Immediately they say the motor is covered for a year but you have to pay for the service call and a minimum of two hours. She was going to get a hold of her supervision and call us back and tell us when they could come. I'm not real pleased with them this morning. They were supposed to be out here at a certain time and they were a week late getting back to us and didn't return our phone calls. The motor is nice looking and worked for 90 days so I guess I've got to give them a little bit. Here we are, 90 days later, and we've got to do it again. I think it's a fair price. I don't have anything to compare it to. It sounds fair with the material and the service and everything. When he put the motor in, he was going to come back a week late. It failed in 90 days. We redid the whole pool. It was down for over 4 weeks while we replaced the pool and all the service and everything because it was time to redo the pool. So they didn't actually go for 90 days because we didn't have it operating but about 30. We are still waiting for them to call us back today and they were a week getting the service completed. They came out for the appointment on time but the product was delivered a week late without a phone call or response to our call. They've been pleasant. I guess professionalism, doing what you say you are going to do, customer service and responsive. It took about 2 weeks. We expected a week and they didn't come back for another week after that. We called and left a message and they didn't respond. As if we've never had anything done. We've got a broken motor, which is what we had in November. We paid our service warranty people $65 and paid them $295. We are starting over as if we never.... it's just money we through in the air. Now we've got to do it again.

The technician had a bad attitude, he was kind of rude like he was having a bad day. I complained about the price and he got irritated. The pump needed replaced a year later. I would give him the benefit of the doubt with the attitude since he could have been having a bad day but they price was to high and it needed replaced so soon.

They did a great job. They are a good company. It might have been covered by insurance. If I needed them I would call them immediately, I have their phone number.

It usually takes about 15 minutes to clean the pool. The best part of having them is that I don't have to do it. My favorite part is that it's clean when he leaves.

I don't recall having any issues. It's a pretty large pool.

It was excellent. I couldn't say enough good things about these guys, they've done a great job for me, so I'm very happy. There was another company had given me a $1000 estimate and was telling me I needed a whole new sand filter, when all I needed was an o ring. So Clear Pool Solutions simply saved me about a $1000 so you can see why I would be very happy with them.
