Description of Work: I used Chavez lawncare for regular maintenance in my previous home and they were always great (very professional). When we moved out of their service area, they were gracious enough to come out and complete the work we needed on our new house. They added a beautiful paver extension to our patio and did a complete landscaping of the backyard (decorative rocks, added some trees, installed a drip system). Great Work!

 + 1 moreThey performed only the work that was needed - didn't try to "add on" unnecessarily. On 9/1/15 they came back because we had a problem with the sprinkler working. It was an odd issue, it worked and then didn't work well. They suggested that the water pressure might be an issue and, because the problem was unusual, said that a second opinion might be a good thing to do as well. Although they thought that the other valves could be suspect and perhaps in need of replacement, the water pressure check was recommended. After contacting the city, they came out and found that the water meter replacement performed on 8/18 was the issue! Chavez LawnCare is a business that endeavors to do the right thing instead of the most profitable thing - I highly recommend them to anyone.

 + 1 moreThey did a good job. The only thing I was not happy with was that I thought he should have raked the gravel in the yard. Other than that, they did a nice job. There was a lot of work to be done. I thought the price was a little high, but the yard looked nice. There was a charge for general liability for $30 that I had never seen before, but I paid it.
Description of Work: He did basic landscaping. Disposing of clippings, mowed the lawn, lawn cleanup, etc.

This included removing two large Tecoma (jubilee bells) and an ephedra that will not die despite repeated serious cutbacks and weed treatments. |And they came earlier than scheduled when they had an opening. |And have very easy online payment from invoice. |Omar was quite candid at estimate. |

 + 2 moreWe just bought the house we had been renting for several years and wanted to remodel the front yard. We had bushes and cactus removed, trimming done on a tree and remaining bushes, larger rock put in and new plants added. Omar and his crew did excellent work at a very reasonable price. The communication during the process was the best I have ever had with a service provider. He even came back by a month later to adjust the timing on the drip lines without be asked. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping work you need done.
