It went so well. Mike was there at 8am that Saturday as scheduled. As we were told that needed to be done, the opening was enlarged. When done--in less than 2 1/2 hours, Mike went over with me how to manage the ladder. He then showed me everything that was done up in the attic with the installed flooring and explained as he showed. And best of all, they cleaned as they did their work !. I've never had that done by workers! Yes! We would hire Mike again!

Mike showed up promptly for the initial appointment and gave me a written estimate. He also was right on time for the actual work, completed the work on time, and cleaned up completely after the job was finished. I am very pleased with the work and now have some much-needed storage above the garage, which is accessible with a pull-down aluminum ladder that I can easily manage on my own. I would definitely recommend Mike and Attic Access. I found him very professional and pleasant to work with

Very well. Mike arrived on time and reviewed the scope of work prior to proceeding. He spliced and re-routed a cable line at no charge. He was professional throughout the entire job and everything was cleaned up and neat upon completion. He explained operation of the ladder. He was professional throughout the entire job. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

CALLED ON A SATURDAY & THE WORK WAS PERFORMED THE FOLLOWING THURSDAY MORNING. HE WAS ONLY 10 MINUTES LATE, WHICH IS GOOD FOR AREA BECAUSE WE LIVE FAR IN THE SW VALLEY. HE COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN 2 HOURS AS STATED. THE ONLY THING THAT WASN'T DONE WAS A LITTLE GENERAL SWEEPING FROM ENTERING THE ATTIC THROUGH THE INTERIOR OF THE HOME, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE.

CONTRACTOR CAME TO HOUSE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. PERFORMED WORK WELL AND CLEANED UP AFTER. THE RECOMMENDED LADDER IS WELL MADE. CONTRACTOR UNDERSTOOD BUILDING CODES IN THE AREA.

HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH ALL ASPECTS OF ADDING AN ATTIC TO OUR HOUSE.

HE WAS NICE ENOUGH TO RETURN MY CALL EVEN THOUGH HE DOES NOT DO THE WORK I NEEDED. HE EXPLAINED HE ONLY DEALS WITH ATTICS.

MIKE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THIS ATTIC ACCESS. HE STARTED AND FINISHED ON TIME, AND LEFT THE WORKSITE CLEAN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
