I bought a coupon for a full year of service because they say they will return as often as necessary for any problems, but as a minimum, they will come quarterly. At this point I marked N/A for both quality and price, because I don't know if they are worth the cost. Generally though, their price is competitive. If my ant problem is eradicated, I'll be ecstatic! The technician, Lance, called about 20 minutes before he arrived, walked through the house & yard with me & listened while I pointed out my trouble areas. We are located on a golf course, so we get daily water from the golf course's overspray. We have had a terrible time keeping the ants away because our previous pest control used water soluble products only. Lance assured me that what he would use won't be affected by water. He then spent about an hour spraying everything inside and out. He gave me time after each area's application to move my pets out of harm's way. He was never impatient, and he took his time to do a thorough job. When he finished, he advised us to call if we see anything. It has only been a couple of days, but so far, no ants!

The service turned out great. The guy was friendly and helpful and I would consider using him again. The ants have definitely decreased since the service. They were at my home when they said they would be.

Tom, who is one of the owner/partners, was extremely professional and very nice. He was thorough and neat. He was here for about four hours which is what he said it would take. The first visit, he explained everything that he would be doing and patiently answered all of our questions. He then prepared a work order with a diagram of the house and indicated where he would be drilling and digging. He came when he said he would, early in the AM, and worked steadily. He was very careful and neat. We haven''t had any problems since and this company will come back with no charge to retreat if needed. We are very pleased with this company. We recommended them to our next door neighbors and a different technician came out to do their house. He also was very nice and knowledgeable. We took advantage of the "Big Deal" and were very happy with the price. Also, we got a 5 year warranty with this service and were particularly pleased that the warranty is transferable within that timeframe. All in all, if we had to go through this, we are pleased that we found this company to help us. And we are very happy with Angie's List helping us with it.

Their pest control was very thorough spraying over a large area to rid the area of a tiny pest that was getting into the house. we are very pleased with the results.

Getting rid of gophers is a pain. I think these guys did a good job--I had to have repeat visits ($59.00), but I think everyone does. I felt like they were professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly.

They came out for the service and were prompt. They said they we would need two treatments at $200.00 each. Then after the second treatment they said we would need a third treatment. I'm not positive if they did a complete job, the service provider left a little early from the service. The services were polite and answers all my questions.

We purchased a foreclosed home on the golf course that had been vacant approximately 6 months (maybe more, we don't know). Needless to say, the roaches owned the place when we bought it. Since we were new to the Phoenix area, we didn't know who to hire for pest control so asked the listing agent when she came to pick up her sign and lockbox. She suggested a friend who worked for an "environmentally safe" pest control company. They treated our property for over a year and the roaches never went away! It was common to find 3-4 dead/still living roaches around the house each morning! YUCK!!!! The guy suggested we try sealing up the home's weep screeds with 2" sheetrock mudding tape (we did it ourselves rather than pay him $500 "on the side"...right!). Sealing the home didn't work! Then he tried sealing up holes in the exterior doorways where he was convinced the roaches were entering. That didn't work either. We asked the company owner about the enivironmentally friendly solution they were using, This guy was insensed that we would question his product, telling us that, 'I've never had a complaint!" (sure!) Well, we got tired of all the roaches and finally hired Anteater. No more roaches. End of story!

Tom Gonzales comes on time, every month calls before he comes to arrange service, is always pleasant, courteous, and working is efficient. The price is comparable to other companies.

David the exterminator is always on time. He is very friendly and professional. He asks if we are having problems between visits and will come back between visited if we notice any pest change. We are very pleased with his service.

From the get go, this company has been incredible. They've been my exterminator for years now and I wouldn't go with anybody else. We recently moved to the country and the home we moved into had stood empty for a year. Cockroaches had moved in, along with spiders and scorpions. Anteaters came in and did their spray and dusting thing and placed sticky boxes everywhere to trap the creepy crawly things. They came back a week later and replaced the boxes. They also sealed the house (which EVERYBODY should do in AZ) to help keep out critters and the cost was surprisingly affordable. This is an awesome company! Ask them how the company was started, it's a great story. Their service is spectacular, quality and value, second to none. I've even called Tom in a panic when I found a scorpion in my cupboard and he came right away and got it, because he knows how afraid I am. This company really cares and I just can't recommend them enough.

I don’t remember how much we spent on the service. They are reliable and they guarantee their work. If you need to have them come out after a monthly spray, there’s no charge. If you see additional bugs during that period of time, they will come out again. They are reliable and on time, and that’s important. They seem to use good pet friendly products. We’ve got them on a routine contract. We will use their services again in the future.

TOM IS VERY NICE AND PERSONABLE. HE IS PROMPT AND VERY THOROUGH. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS IN A WAY I COULD UNDERSTAND. HE HAS NOT PRESSURED ME INTO BUYING ANYTHING EXTRA FOR THE SERVICE OF HIS COMPANY.
