Al returned to do the work, so I could go out and pick a new faucet. He arrived on time and called when he was on the way, so I could move the dogs. He was professional and did not leave a mess. He explained what needed to be done and gave me options on the outdoor faucet. He answered all my many questions and was pleasantly friendly. I plan to have him back to replace a laundry room sink once I get it ordered. I have finally found a plumber that does really good work and does not overcharge. I highly recommend Al's Plumbing.

We started having issues with our hot water heater several months ago and eventually it started to leak. Luckily we had a pan under the hot water heater but knew it was time to replace it. We had always wanted to try a tankless heater so we searched Angie's List for a local plumber with experience installing tankless heaters. Al from Al's Plumbing LLC came out on the time we had agreed upon and discussed size options. He emailed a quote the same day. We scheduled the replacement and his crew showed up on time. His crew was very courteous and friendly. They stayed late (almost 11:00 pm) until it was completely installed the same day. The installation was very well done and professional. The new heater worked great but a few days later the drain backed up and flooded the area. My wife called Al and he arrived with blowers and vacuums to cleanup the water. It turned out this was the first of a new model of tankless heaters and the manufacturer had incorrectly specified how to connect the drain in conjunction with the water softener. Al's team promptly corrected the problem and left the blowers overnight to dry everything up. Al arranged a drywall company to come several days later and repair the sheetrock and texture. It looks as good as or better than before!

They're amazing. Fair prices and very honest. Overquoted me on the phone once, realized the job wasn't near as bad as he thought, and charged me much less. Another time our kitchen was leaking from a broken garbage disposal and even though he didn't have a guy available to come help, he dropped everything and came out himself to install it. Great great guys. very good prices and very trustworthy.

Called to schedule appointment one day. Called again next day and the first question was " oh, you still need that installed" They did come and do the install, which was fine, but that evening we had no hot water ! I called and told them and they got argumentative. Didn't get any satisfaction. Talking with my neighbor he said it sounds like your water heater is off. He came over and lighted the pilot light. Great neighbor !

The faucet was replaced well, just like they'd done in our master a few months earlier. The completely rebuilt toilet was running again within days. So they came back out and switched out the gasket which they hadn't done with the initial rebuild. This required a little extra work of draining the tank which hadn't been done the first time. The toilet was running again within days, They came back out and replaced the tower with a higher quality one at no additional charge. It's been a couple weeks now and the toilet seems good now. My biggest gripe is that they cut corners with the toilet rebuild (skipping gasket replace first time) yet upon speaking to the owner Al, I should be happy because they have a warranty. Another thing to be aware of is that they need to replace everything with their own parts all around to guarantee their work. Don't expect them to just change out one broken part. Our toilet innards had been replaced several times in the past 2 years but we had to do it all again with Al's.

Al takes his time and does the job right. He made some helpful suggestions and the result was even better than I expected.

Fine, new toilet has much greater flushing power. One toilet moved to second bathroom and new one installed in its place. The old unit cleanly removed.

Al went above and beyond the call of duty. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and would recommend him without hesitation.

Fixed the leaks and let me know what caused them. Also pulled a piece of plastic from under one of the blades in the garbage disposal.

Emmanuel did a beautiful job. The sinks look new with shiny delta double handle faucets. The plumbing under the sink also looks great. They told me it should last 10 years.

Al was very honest and did quality work. Al didn't charge me for the drain and was honest about what the issue was rather than trying to rip me off (which he could have).

He came right away, but discovered that it was under warranty, so he said if he touched it, that would void our warranty. He gave me all the information that I needed on contact the warranty company. I appreciated his extra care.

The crew showed up on time and were very professional. They immediately identified the problem and made the repairs quickly. They gave me a rundown of the repair and what to keep an eye on to prevent future problems. In addition, they checked the drip irrigation system and ensured everything was working properly before they left. I will definitely use this company again.

A technician was sent out the day we called in, which was great because it was Memorial Day. It was a very labor intensive job that took quite a while to do. Everything was completed professionally and the technician was courteous and friendly. The price was fair and reasonable. It was also much less than a previous estimate that we had from a highly advertised plumber. We would highly recommend AL'S PLUMBING to anyone who needs plumbing services done.

I used Al's Plumbing once. There were two guys who were helping with the trenching and piping.

Everything went super well. Al and 3 of his assistants uninstalled a failed solar water heater and installed a new water heater. He and his assistants removed the old, outdated solar panel from the roof and repaired all holes in the wall left from the old solar water heater. He upgraded the new one at no charge and charged even less than the estimate when he got it cheaper. Next he installed a brand new, professional quality garbage disposal to replace one poorly installed from a different company that had failed after only a couple years. He and his assistants were very friendly, very comfortable to have in the home with us and our 3 dogs, and they were very proficient and detailed in the service. He's the best plumber I have come across in the 30 years we have owned the home. We will only use him for our plumbing needs in the future.
