Description of Work: We had a surface mount LED light hanging from the ceiling of our front porch, because my husband tried to replace one that stopped working and couldn't get the new one installed. The hanging light was working but the white color was too bright. We also had a light kit on a bedroom ceiling fan that wouldn't turn on after my husband installed it. We also had a motion sensor light switch that I wanted checked for safety. Lastly, I wanted a new ceiling fan installed in the living room. Brennan Electric finished our DIY attempts and installed the new ceiling fan with remote. He even went the extra mile, literally, by going to the hardware store (HD) to pick up 2 new LED surface lights for the porch ceiling. (We could never find the exact replacement so we got 2 new ones to match.) Of course I paid for the new lights and a little extra for the travel. No more hanging light and both shine the right white color. All jobs satisfactorily done.

He also installed new fans with lights in all our rooms, new hall lights, a bathroom light fixture, can lighting in our master bedroom closet/kitchen/laundry room, put in dimmer light switches, and replaced some outlets. Each job was done with excellence, professionalism and an impeccable work ethic. My mom will be moving in with us this year and we needed better lighting throughout the house. The lighting upgrades make a huge difference in our older home! Austin had great suggestions when we asked for ideas regarding upgrades and was mindful of cost. I highly recommend Austin for any and all electrical work.

Dimmer switches were added which made the upgrades even better. Each job was done with excellence, professionalism and an impeccable work ethic. My mom will be moving in with us this year and the upgrades to our lighting make a huge difference in our 32 year old home! Austin had great suggestions when we asked for ideas regarding upgrades and was mindful of cost for the consumer. I highly recommend Austin for any and all electrical work.
