WATERFALL POOL SERVICE

Description of Work: I hired this company to take care of my pool. Little did I know they were not knowledgeable about pools. The main person Jose came maybe came once to my home to service my pool, the rest of the time someone else came. It was 4th of July and my pool motor went out. I called the pool service to have them come and repair my pump and motor. They said they would come but never did. I called several times and I said I would hire some other company to repair the pool if they could not come, Jose assured me I would pay a lot more if I called someone else. He even quoted me the price of 175.00 . It took them all most 2 weeks to finish the job and my pool was very green and not usable. He sent me a bill of all most double after the job was done. I called and told them I was not happy with his service and told them not to come back. My daughter came over and took a sample of my pool water to the Shasta pool store. They tested the water and told us that there was green and black alge and that the chemicials were so far off that the pool would not be usable for a very long time. The Shasta person said there was no chlorine in the pool so we went home to check the holder and there was one tablet in there in the bag with a few holes poked in it.. The store recommendes that 3 to 4 chlorine tablets be in the holder. My pool still has so much alge that I don't want anyone to swimm in it until it cools down and I can get the pool drained and get the alge problem fixed, who knows what that will cost me?

Description of Work: Our pool was an absolute mess. You could not see the bottom even in the shallow end. The pool was drained, given an acid and chlorine bath and refilled. The sand filter was emptied and refilled with new media and all of the laterals were replaced.
