Each time they failed to show, they never called me. When I would call they would not respond to VM or not call back when promised. Cancelled my credit card deposit and would never use them again. Very unprofessional. Stay away!

The contractor working with me did not have the figures complete. I waited and three days later called him again to get my estimate. I spoke to him and stated, "Go ahead, let's start the fence." He said great, it would be done and installed in ten days. On the 8th day, I called him to get the date of installation. He stated it had not been started due to the fact that their office never sent me the fax to say 1/2 down is required. He admitted they slipped on their part. I canceled my order with their company, and called to speak to the office manager and file a complaint with her about the customer service I received. I asked for the general manager to call me back and I never received a call. The total time I chased them around for a fence was three weeks. Arizona is number one in pool drownings and this company seems to put those trying to get a fence on the back burner. Very disappointed with their company.

We have filed a formal complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. Pool fence does not meet code as there is a large gap under the fence in a corner of the yard that our children can easily crawl through. Top rail was not added as per contract to block wall fence. Fence repairs were not done. The company has acknowledged these problems, but takes no action and does not return phone calls. Overall experience was awful. Don't use this company.

WHEN WE FIRST CALLED THEM, WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THEM TO COME OUT AND GIVE US A QUOTE. THEY WERE TIMELY AND THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. WE DECIDED TO CHOOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEIR SPECIALTY IS POOL FENCES (THAT IS ALL THEY DO), AND WE FELT THEY WOULD PROBABLY DO A BETTER JOB THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES WE QUOTED. THE DAY THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE FENCE, THEY WERE TIMELY, QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, AND THE FENCE LOOKS GREAT. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF THE NEED ARISES.

THE JOB WAS WELL DONE WITH PROMPT SERVICES AND REASONABLE PRICES.

THE WORK WAS DONE AS REQUESTED, HOWEVER THERE WERE 2 DAYS WHEN I NEEDED TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHY THEY HADN'T COME YET. THERE WERE SOME SCHEDULING PROBLEMS, BUT IN THE END THEY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THEY WERE COST CONSCIOUS AND DIDN'T TRY TO OVERSELL ME.

THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND INSTALLED THE GATE TO OUR LIKING. ALSO, DEVELOPED A FENCE THAT WOULD NOT ONLY LOOK GREAT, BUT FIT OUR BUDGET.
