The initial contact with the salesman, Dominic, was very pleasant and he provided a detailed quote before he left. There was no pressure or hard sell. The scheduler, Elizabeth, provided excellent service with a schedule before the job started and kept me informed of every step of the process. The workers arrived on time for all phases of the job and they were very skilled and quality conscious. They were certainly a well oiled machine. The pool filled with water yesterday and overnight and today it looks fabulous. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Contract signed on January 31, 2014. Work got stalled on how to fix brick coupling before we settled on the second row of tiles. There was a problem with communication as my contact would reply to a different Mel. A leak developed around the equipment when job was complete on or around 4/14/2014. Superior did chase the leak until I found an underground leak line that was leaking. I am reasonable satisfied with the overall job. I got a quality job done for a reasonable price. Communications were only average and led to some anxiety on my part. It would be nice to receive a sheet of instructions when the job is done.

We wanted the pool plaster to be white plaster. After explaining the advantages of the pebble interiors, and the drawbacks of the new option for plaster (since asbestos could no longer be used as it was when we had the pool installed originally, the plaster would not last nearly as long), Superior gave us a quote for the plaster option. They recommended the more expensive but longer lasting UltraPoz interior for our pool, but included quotes for both plaster options. Dominic spent a great deal of time with us going over our options for the pool interior and tile. He got back to us within 4 days with answers to the two outstanding questions that came up during our initial meeting. We got estimates from four pool remodeling companies. The quoted price from Superior was competitive with the other quotes that we received. We spent four months making a decision on exactly what we wanted for our pool remodel, both because we were very ignorant when we started and because we were having the entire backyard redone (pool, deck, block fence, landscaping and patio). During the process we made some changes to our specifications, and it became more difficult to contact Superior. Since we anticipated using three different companies (pool, landscaping and deck), we chose to use a different pool company that we thought would be more responsive.

I only had 1appointment and only asked for an estimate for a plaster remodel of my pool along with deck resurfacing and new tile. Plaster was what I thought I wanted because the 26 year old pool was a plaster pool. The rep was on time, efficient and pleasant. I was never contacted again to see if I wanted to do the work and in the meantime I had about 5 other appointments scheduled and had told him this. One company never even called to make an appointment and the others all came and discussed my choice of plaster and the other resurfacing choices. One company would not do a plaster pool because there were so many dissatisfied customers with this surface. They would only do pebble type surfaces. All of the appointments were kept and estimates given. I made my choice based on surface, price, presentation, personality, and gut feelings. After that one can only hope they chose wisely. I have nothing unpleasant to say about Superior Pool Plastering. Maybe they could have been a little more aggressive in seeking my job but other than that I have no other comments.

I called them on April 24th to make an appointment to have them come out and give me an estimate to re-plaster and repair cool deck on my pool. The representative immediately asked me if anyone is living in the home. The representative then asked if it was bank owned. I responded that I own the home. I really felt they were asking questions entirely out of line, information that is entirely none of their business. They said their estimator would call me to set up an appointment. It's been almost 2 weeks and still no call. With this kind of behavior I wonder what other surprises they would have before the job would be finished. I'm looking elsewhere!

No service performs. Called Superior Pool Plastering for a quote on my pool remodel. They came out to measure, but FAILED to ever provide a quote. I even emailed the person (see below) who came to measure and he never responded. The crew drained the pool, next day they chipped out old plaster, removed pop-ups and tile. New tile was installed and new plumbing on both sides of pool. Then the pool was inspected to be sure it was ready. Next day the team came to and quot;shootand quot; the new surface on. Very interesting process and guys were professional. Next day the surface was acid washed and they began to refill pool. We are extremely happy with the end result. Pool looks fantastic!

It went great -They started the work on time and completed it on time. Marc reviewed the work and noticed that there was an area that needed rework and had the crew tear out and redo that area immediately. The pool looks great and has not had a problem since that. The work was done in February 2011. I have recommended him to others and they have been satisfied with the price and the work as well.

Price was very competitive. Showed up on time, did the work as scheduled. Pool looks great. Very pleased.

I'm not using them. I was not happy about the way that they were pushing their own products. I wanted white plaster but they were pushing the Superior products and the pebble set. I did not want pebble sets so I ended up not using them. They also used tactics that I didn't like such as; if I use white plaster all those terrible things are going to happen. I've had white plaster pools forever and I've redone a few of them so that didn't make me too comfortable. They were prompt and they did their job. I did not want to use them because I felt that they were pushy.

Marc was the salesperson who helped us understand the process. He was patient while we obtained other bids and continued to reviewed his. His bid was the best priced overall but I wanted to make sure we were comparing apples and apples. After signing the contract, the job was started within the week. Marc reviewed the work and after the cool deck edging was repaired decided to redo a small section to make it right. I hadn't even notice but he took it on himself to handle it. It looks great.

I got five quotes and this was significantly lower than most of the other quotes. The work was delayed by weather but it was finished as soon as the weather permitted. All the work was done when promised. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

They were punctual and cleaned up well when the job was completed. They stayed in contact with us during the process.

The estimate meeting took about 10 min and was very straight forward. No pressure for additional products. A week later at date was set for the job. A phone message was left. They missed that date, and when I called they said there was a delay and apologized. Quite early the next morning a man arrived to pump the water out. The process was very quite and complete. A team chipped out and removed all the old plaster in a morning. They replastered the pool the next day and began refilling the pool. The whole project was completed inside 48 hours. The team left our yard very clean.

They were going to re finish our pool in beadcret, they put in the wrong color. They missed several appointments causing me to be home. They also left a mess in the yard. Six months after they did the pool, I had a follow up with the field manager. They did give us a significant refund to acknowledge their mistake for the wrong color.

THEY DID A NICE JOB IN RESURFACING OUR POOL. THE TOTAL PROJECT TOOK ABOUT A WEEK AND ONE-HALF FROM START TO FINISH. THEY USED 2 TO 3 MEN CREWS FOR THE PROJECT.

AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE POOL CONTRACTOR ABOUT THE CONDITION OF OUR POOL, WE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE GIVEN FROM THIS CO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THE WORK THAT THEY DID FOR US AND PROMPT TO FINISH THE WORK STARTED.
