I bought an Angie's List deal for $79 for window cleaning , I called the provider and made an appointment for noon and Monday 12-14. Provider did not show or call, and after I called him he said he wasn't working that day because it rained in the morning and he didn't want go up a latter on wet ground. I asked him why he didn't call us, as we had moved curtains and furniture so he could get to the windows, he said he forgot his book at home, and would call me later. Not my idea of a good business. Angie's list refunded my purchase.

Rubin called before arriving early and did an excellent job.

Ok...He washed all the windows and then hit me up for another $40 after he was done because the house was a little over the coupon rate.

Rubin did a wonderful job cleaning all our windows inside and out, as well as all the screens. He even cleaned out the bottom track of the siding patio door which was extremely dirty, thank you Rubin for doing that. He called to let us know he was coming. He was very courteous and professional. We will most definitely have Rubin do our windows in the future and will tell all our friends about him.

The service was great, we have used them several times. We have always had our windows done at the $99 dollar Angie's List special. This time the rate was a $79 sale paid through A.L. however he said he wanted an additional $40 when he finished. We paid it but will shop for a better price next time.

Rubin from Sunshine Services was scheduled to start cleaning at 8:00am. He called to recommend we postpone for awhile due to the weather. We were having isolated showers and he was concerned it would spoil the windows he was about to clean. When we were sure the showers were over he came over right away. He took a little over 2 hours to do all the windows in my 2 story house. He did a great job and I would surely use Sunshine Services again.

The service was great the provider was professional courteous and on time. He offered to come back out if need because we could not remove on the the windows.

I wrote a bad report on this provider a few weeks ago. I found out that he had to go out of town, and a call was supposed to be made to us, which didn't happen. He came yesterday to fix the windows that were not washed properly, and he did a wonderful job.

It was excellent. They followed through with what they say. They were extremely courteous people. They were very kind and very nice. You know what they were doing when they were done. I really appreciated that. The pricing was pretty good and reasonable. The quality of work was excellent. I was very pleased. They would call and make an appointment. They were there. We worked it out between each other with how soon I wanted them to be there and what time. They were great in accommodating me. They were really great people.

Rubin was here on time. He was friendly, fast and left no debris when finished. I highly recommend him. I will use his services again.

Showed up on time. Cleaned all windows inside & out (including some mystery goop on every single window - I just bought the house & I don't know what it was.) The two guys were quick & the windows look great. Only downside, it rained the very night I got my windows cleaned. Wish they had a "rain-check policy" but Mother Nature is unpredictable; especially when the appointment is booked a week in advance. Will use them again.

Everything went great! I will definitely have them do my windows and blinds again. They were professional and courteous. Job well done!!!

They were fast and efficient. There were three people cleaning the windows and they were here for 3 hours. They cleaned up well after themselves.

I purchased this deal - when I called to schedule - they said it only applied to tract homes....... I said I would not do the bedrooms to qualify for their Sq footages but they said again only trac homes (I did not see it in the fine print. When I asked what the price for my 2400 Sq ft home - - It was an outrageous price,and more than doubled the original deal price. So I would like my money refunded. Thank You.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and that guy was great. He did a very nice job. He showed up, started working, got the windows clean and left.
