Sunshine Services, LLC is a family owned and operated company, providing professional window cleaning and pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. Servicing our customers in the north west valley for the past nine years. Sunshine Services, LLC cleaners are hired after a successful background check. I always say don't pay me till you are 100% SATISFIED and you were, the only thing you mentioned was a spot on the garage door window a smudge from a bug. (Garage windows also include for free) You failed to mention all the work we did for you. We washed 48 sunscreens and count the amount of window panes you have. Not to mention the windows above 10 feet high. Also FREE work. We also removed a lot of cob webs from your back patio, cleaned a couple of ceiling fans, cleaned your front screen door and replaced a light bulb 18 ft. high at no charge to you, for FREE! We are a very professional company and we do not cheat or trick our customers. Our prices are always up front either by coupon or online. Prices are based on square footage and sun screens are $2 each. Most of my customers are aware of the price before they call me the rest get the exact price when they call me.
