Jason is extremely helpful and responds quickly. He made custom reclaimed wood shelves which matched the floors and came out so nice. Jack, did the work and I was amazed at how new and modern my kitchen cabinets and two bathroom vanities came out. Beautiful, Quality, Efficient

Competent work done on time March 2020, and Jason Cousins charged significantly less than the competition. Unfortunately, installed over-the-fridge cabinet too low on one side, promised to fix, never did. Initially was willing to cut them A LOT of slack due to COVID and then the Oregon wild fires. I contacted Mr. Cousins 10+ times over the last 8 months to arrange to fix the issue, and he cited pretty much every possible excuse, including the above, but then also multiple instances of out-of-state travel, losing the replacement doors, then travelling again, etc. Eventually scheduled 2 appointments in the last month, but he no-showed both of them. And despite my better judgment, I still gave him one more chance to fix the cabinet before posting this review, but he didn't respond to multiple additional texts and call(s). In retrospect, I should have inspected his work better before handing over the second half of his payment. He clearly had little-to-no interest in finishing the job once he had my money. Last he told me, he's closing down his Oregon operation and moving to Arizona.

Does not contact. I had to contact him most of the time. Still has not finished replacing damaged cupboards and other damage done.

Painting, replacing doors and drawers were all done fast, clean and beautiful. I had to wait for 2 months because of their workload, but it was all worth it. The price was less than the quotes I got for painting the existing cabinets. Excellent job.

Jason was very professional, jack did most of work but .jason was flexable when I changed my mind . they even came back to fix a couple of things when I called them . they had to change some things , and didnt charge extra. a good reliable company. I am pleased with my cabinets. thank you !

This company is the best! Jason and team did exactly what I wanted by painting the existing boxes, new doors and drawers. Jack the painter was the best I have ever encountered. He sealed off the kitchen to sand and paint the cabinets leaving no dust behind to the rest of the house. He paid attention to every minute detail. He is an expert at what he does. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a kitchen upgrade. The price was reasonable and fair compared to 6 other bids. I would use them again as quality of work is of the utmost important to me when choosing a contractor. They cleaned up every little detail and left no mess behind. The cabinets are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Very professional company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a kitchen update. A very happy customer!!!

My experience with Cousins Customs, LLC was a very positive one. Jason and Jack set a very high bar for quality of work, honesty, customer service, punctuality, efficiency, and fair pricing! Jack did an exceptional job on my cabinets. They look fantastic! I intend to hire them again for future cabinetry needs. And I would most definitely recommend them to others. Great work, guys!!

Jason and his guys built us new cabinets on a Saturday because we were leaving town on Monday and were hoping to get the job done beforehand. The cabinets are beautiful and exceeded our expectations!!! We have already hired them to do more work for us!!!

We hired Cousins to build new uppers for the kitchen and a custom built-in for the bedroom, as well as, reface cabinets in our kitchen and bathrooms. We fired the company due to shoddy workmanship on the cabinet boxes that were custom-built. We had him complete the refacing of the lowers as the company did get good reviews for the work done by Jack, who does the painting and finishing work. Also, because he already had our money, and we wanted something to show for it. We are happy with the refacing (so far, although there are some chips starting to occur without any normal use) and Jason worked with us to complete the job per our agreement. To his credit, he offered to rebuild ALL of the custom uppers. However, we did not think the work would be to our satisfaction, so instead hired a different custom cabinet builder. I would not hire Cousins Custom for any NEW BUILD work. It is cheap (made of MDF, not plywood) and they cover up mistakes with Bond O and caulk, which will not hold up over time. Jason indicated his employees were just in a hurry on our job and was not normally their standard, but it indicates the type of building that is acceptable to him, and he loaded the pieces on the truck to be installed. Again, to his credit he offered to rebuild everything. However, I should not have hired him to begin with. He is an affable, fast talking guy. I was persuaded by the reviews on this site and his affordable price. I regret that decision as it was a terrible experience all around. It cost way more and delayed the project because we had to hire another company to finish the job.

Quality of workmanship is great; Jason was great to work with and the final result was amazing. One thing to keep in mind is that Jason was very upfront in letting us know that some days would be short for the work being performed, but other days would be long. First day of demolition was 2-3 hours, but last day was 12 hours. William was our main craftsman that worked with us and he was terrific.

This project turned out far better than I ever could have expected! Jason was excellent to work with. He was always available and always on time. The installer, Jack, did amazing work and was very friendly and professional. The quality of the work was incredible and the price was great!

Jason and Jack are all stars. When I met with Jason he was polite, honest, punctual and really undersold his work. The job Jack did was way beyond what I had envisioned. Best pricing around, and the work is Top Top Top notch!!!

cabinets look like new

I have hired this company to strip paint off of cabinets, varnished, and repainted. He rehung the cabinets, but he didn't return all of the parts. They also broke a glass knob. Most the work that the completed was done well, but I hired them 4/13/18, it is now 6/02/18 and the work has not been completed.

Every worker took care and pride in their work. The results were every bit what I’d hoped for. They did beautiful work that I am proud to show off. Good quality wood drawers and doors with soft close. It was Installed with precise alignment and beautiful paint job.

I am thrilled with the result of my kitchen cabinet refacing. To begin with, my consult with Jason was very thorough and professional. My project with quickly scheduled and arranged to work well with my personal schedule/needs. Jay's workmanship was excellent. He was a hard worker and is a very pleasant and courteous young man.
