Security Screen Masters

My husband was most pleased with the installations and the product which makes him feel more secure in our home with the ability to have doors open during lovely weather.

Salesman (Don) was very knowledgeable and thorough. Installers were professional, courteous and great to work with. Had 1 measurement problem and 1 parts problem which resulted in extra 2 trips to get the double doors finally installed. Clean up was exceptional. We went with white screen mesh on the double front doors (instead of black) and it turned out even better than we expected. The metal screen mesh is just barely darker to see through than the plastic window mesh it replaced. No problem installing the screens over existing 'thick' frame dual-pane windows. It did take 6+ weeks from order to install though.

they gave an accurate estimate It took 3 visits to complete the process - initial visit/quote, measuring, installation They got the product earlier than projected and worked with us for earlier installation. Cleaned up the spaces. They had broken and repaired a roof tile and our roof guy said it was so well done we did not need to replace the tile. Plus - they were up front about doing this. Very nice folks as well.

I liked the product. They let me know when they were coming. The guys were very professional. There was one issue where one window was broken but they are going to fix that.

They were really top-notched from start to finish. Their sales representative was very trustworthy. I just experienced a home burglary. They came and transfer it quickly for me to use. Very accurate in describing exactly what the product was. They have sample to show me what the product detailed and then they special offered the product with custom fit to your home and they installed really amazingly well. I'm really should've made my home into a fortress. No one can break into my windows anymore. They did a really fantastic job. Everyone was courteous, precise and have a custom designed according to the measurement of my windows and doors. They gave me a wonderful sense of security. I would use them again in the future.

It worked out as great. I like the product. They are the one of the few in the are that sells that particular product. It's a security screen. They were just fine. I like the product very much. It is completely as advertised. They were very responsive. There was one point where there was a slight delay in being able to deliver the product like a week's delay but they let me know so that wasn't a problem.

They were very professional. It was a little bit later but not too much later than the anticipated due date. I had signed up at a show and they were just really busy and they gave me a date and they told me upfront it may take just a little bit longer since they were getting so many calls right after that home show so I kinda knew it. I love the door. It works great and they were very professional the whole time. The salesman that came out was not high pressure. He answered all of our questions, showed us what we had and basically was sort of like "Here's the information and if you have any more questions, call us". There was no pressure at all. The security door I got was under $1500. Even though it was a little bit more expensive, the quality was a little bit better. I think it was kind of a "you-got-what-you-paid-for" sort of deal. The installers were very professional. They explained everything to me. As for their responsiveness, I really never had to contact them. The salesman showed up within the time window and so did the guy. They called and wanted to know if they could come a little earlier than scheduled and I was home so I said, "Fine".

Vernon came by in July to meet with us, showing us the pros of installing their product. Previously over the years we have had three times the dinning window has been broken. Once by a rock during a home robbery and twice by golf balls from a near by golf course. Our main purpose was our safety from any injury from the golf balls coming into our residence. Second was to make sure we still had the home secure from thieves. We paid a deposit and waited the four weeks for the frame to be made. I had also contacted our HOA and they were happy that I had finally found a solution to our needs. The frame would match the color of the stucco and no one would know that our screen was different than the existing properties. I was finally contacted by the office to say the screen was done and then we set up a date, within a week, to get the unit installed. Matt was the installer and called and came by as promised with a helper. He had some difficulty with the measurements and had to go back to the shop for an adjustment and came back the same evening to complete the installation. There was some stucco patching required and he did all the work and it matched the trim that was next to it. They swept and vaccumed around the job. They left late in the evening due to all of the detail work that they did. I was extremely happy with Matts work ethics and how he took time to reassure me that any questions that we had he would answer them. We are very pleased with the product and especially please with Vernon and Matt. We thank them for providing a superior product!!

Unique product, very secure and takes care of sun as well. They installed these and I am very happy with the results. This is a great company to consider.

The estimate was very informative, including demo samples showing the product details and the construction. The installers were on time and completed the work in only half a day. The steel screens are definitely expensive, but well worth it. The screens provide full sun protection as well as security. They have a quick release to make them easy to open and get access to the window. From the outside, they look like very nice sun screens, not heavy duty steel.
