Over all I'm very pleased with the job. I had the entire side of my house, along one side of the back fence, across the back side of my house and one side of the patio all covered with crushed gravel....a very big job. I don't think the guys realized how big a job it was going to be, but they jumped in and started the job. A couple of times they underestimated how much gravel to buy, and had to go back for more, but had no problems doing that. The guys worked fast and did a beautiful job of putting down red brick for the edging and it looks spectacular. I'm very happy. They sprayed the area to be covered and put down weed cloth, then the gravel. One thing I would suggest though is to make sure they know how to roll the gravel with a water filled heavy roller. I didn't make them realize that they had to do that, but the gravel will eventually pack down anyway. The rolling helps that process along. But overall I am very pleased with the job and would hire them again to do other things.

They were easy to set up an appointment with and although they did not arrive at appt time, they were prompt with calling and letting me know about the delay and the new expected time. Both of these are important customer service areas and they passed both! Too many companies these days seem put out or bothered buy doing the service they perform....not this company!They did a good job and worked very hard as I had alot of weeds to clean up after the recent rain! They were also very quick. They discussed everything with me first and made sure I was in agreement and also had suggestions for additional items or things for the future. I will definetly use them again.

I could not be happier. I will be contacting them to setup monthly service.One area of improvement? They said they would be there at 10? They didn't actually get there until 11. Other than that, nothing negative to report. The work was done well and quite quickly; they were friendly and helpful Definitely use them!

They pruned trees,mowed the grass, picked up leaves and fixed a leak in the drip system. I am planning to use them again in a few months.

It went very well. I called, they were not too far away finishing up a job. They came over, we agreed on the cost and the work was done very quickly and efficiently that same afternoon. I asked them to come back today to do some tree pruning and more plant removal. The gentlemen are very respectful and easy to work with. Rosario pruned and pared so that maintance would be easy for me and I won't need him for the near future. I will use him again. Also, one of Rosario's men has serious hearing problems. I'd purchased some (EXPENSIVE) hearing aids a few years ago that I found not terribly helpful to my needs. We'll hook him up with a hearing specialist and maybe it'll make a difference.

Very well except for the workers arriving about an hour and 20 minutes late. When they didn't show up after being about 45 minutes late, I called them and they said they were at the dump waiting in line, and apoligized for being late. I accepted that, but did tell them they should call the customer and let them know when something like that happens. The father, Rosario, doesn't speak alot of English, and mainly supervises the others, along with doing the cleanup with the blower. His son, Omar, speaks very good English, is very nice, and seems to handle the business end of the company. There were two other young men, cousins, I think Omar said. One did all the climbing and tree trimming, the other helped with the cleanup of the fronds. The one who did the actual trimming did a great job, and the trees look better than they ever have with other people we've hired in the past. They worked quickly and were done in less than 2 hours, including the cleanup. One of the things my husband and I liked was that they would check with us as they were cutting to make sure they weren't cutting more off the tree than we wanted. The owner and his son, Omar, discussed the work needed and came up with an estimate. My husband felt it was a little high so negotiated with them and got them to lower the price by $20. We wound up giving them an extra $10 because they did such a nice job. However, we found out after they left, that they'd broken off the metal pipe that went up through our 3-tired fountain when they took it apart to move it so the fronds wouldn't fall on it, and my husband wasn't very happy about that. Even though it was an accident, we felt they should have told us instead of just leaving it that way. That was a disappointment after such a good job.

Rosario had came by door to door looking for work. He had offered me $100 to trim my 4 palm trees. This was a great deal since my trees are very tall and hard to get to. I had a messy overgrown weed problem spreading over the side yard. They offered to do all that for $75. They did all this work FAST. They were practically done before I was ready to go to work. They did a great job cleaning up the mess from the palm trees as well. The team is Rosario and Omar. One of them (the older fellow) doesnt speak english very well but the younger guy does. I will probably call them in 6 months when the trees grow out again.
