I called Omar for a quote on a very urgent tree limb removal (wind storm ripped a limb off my 60ft tree). He was very responsive and offered to have it removed THE NEXT MORNING. Cut, removed, hauled away and cleaned up after all before noon. He was very flexible on price, I just had to go with another provider. If I need future work, I'm going to call him first since he clearly works hard for customers in a pinch!

Omar and his crew were able to schedule this job for the morning after I called him. Before he purchased the sod from Home Depot he called me from there to consult about the quality of the sod he was seeing, and the need to water it regularly. Problems with the existing sprinkler system were obvious once the work began. Omar had fixed a similar system for us at a different home, so I trusted his analysis of the need to replace key parts. All work was done within a couple of hours. Here is the exceptional part. A few days later when it appeared that the sprinklers were not hitting all parts of the yard evenly, Omar quickly made a trip back to make an adjustment. Then, a week or more after that, the home was listed for sale and our realtor expressed concern about water pooling in one area. Omar made yet another trip back, contacted me to explain and give me reassurance that all was well, and texted photos to me. We live out of state, so this level of service was much appreciated. All of this for a reasonable price, and the crew are nice men, on top of that. This is my second A review of this business in about a year.

Omar was great to work with and communicated well. His response was quick and did what he said he was going to do. Payment was easy though bank transfers. I never had to leave work to supervise. Highly recommended.

Omar and his team did a great job on the yard. Several large trees were trimmed and thinned out, dozens of bushes were trimmed back and shaped. They also dug up some Yuccas that had bloomed and died. The best part was that they really cleaned up the yard well, blew off all the dead leaves, raked rock - the yard looked so clean and neat when they were done. They did let us know that they would be a bit late, but they got the job done in a timely manner. I have used Reparo Landscaping in the past, and I will use them again.

Omar was very professional and communicated effectively. Our schedules were not matching and we kept in contact so we could meet for an estimate a week later. He and I discussed what needed to be done to front and back yard. He explained in detail what the work would encompass and gave many options on what work could be done. He spent some time with me to explain the best way to water the new sod and the frequency. Omar was very quick to get his team out to my property after he gave me his estimate. His team was quick, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. His estimates beat out many other landscaping companies in the area by 40%.

Omar and his team were incredibly professional. I called Omar a 10pm because I was swamped with work at the time and my husband was out of town on business. He answered Immediately, was able to fit me in the next day and was extremely punctual. The crew remained active the entire time. If one was not working on something they were trimming my other trees or blowing off the walkways. I have not had customer service like this before. I actually contemplated hiring them for my landscaping instead of my current landscaper. But I have been with my current landscaper for 10 years probably and loyalty is important to me.

Omar and his team completely cleaned my property. This included trimming many trees and ridding them of any dead branches. They trimmed all bushes to a level that they now have a chance of coming back the way I want them to. All my cacti have been trimmed bottom up so I don't have to worry about those pesky rattlesnakes lying in wait! When the time comes I will most certainly ask Omar and his crew to return.

It went very well. Omar was professional and punctual. He talked me into a high grade fabric liner that didn't quite hold up to my expectations but was still worthwhile in the end.

Excellent job done. Omar did everything exactly as planned, plus extra. The yard has never looked this good. He also sprayed some weed killer for us (extra) and removed more stuff than planned for the price. The guys made the place look so much better, that I plan to call them again. Very reliable, friendly, and timely.

Very impressed with Omar and his crew. They were punctual, professional and they did exactly what they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it. Every step of the way they explained how the progress was going asking how I liked it. I would not hesitate recommending Reparo to people. Very pleased with the results.

Omar and his crew were very punctual and worked quickly with planting my winter lawn. They also coordinated the pavement installation and gave excellent suggestions to where the job came out even better than what I had envisioned. We had to make some price adjustments due to some additional cuts required but overall I am very happy with the end result. I will definitely hire this company again for any future projects.

Trimmed Pineapple and Fan Palms, two rose of Sharon bushes, several small shrubs - in the front yard. They blew the leaves, and then swept and collected all debris leaving the front yard, the pavement, and even the entire stretch of the road along the front of the property spotless / clean. Rosario, Omar and their crew take great pride in their work. it is a pleasure to watch them work and take care of little details. Even our neighbor gave them a thumbs up after watching them work. We have used Reparo Landscape ' services before but never got around to reviewing them. Yes we intend to use them again.

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. Oscar answered the phone when I called, set up our appt and confirmed it the day before. They ran into some traffic problems on their way and he texted me to let me know about their ETA. He gave me a fair estimate, and the work was done in less than 60 minutes. Our front yard looked beautiful. I was very pleased with the professionalism of their organization and will definitely do business with them in the future!

They did exactly what I asked. They did a good job. They charged three times the going rate. I paid because it needed to get done that day. Will not be using them again due to high prices.

I read the excellent reviews for Reparo Landscaping and I called for an estimate. His father Rosario showed up on time and was friendly and positive his company could deal with our difficult situation. They had the fairest estimate and the most positive attitude. One company told me just for 1 tree they would dig for an unknown amount of time for an hourly wage, the other company was very quick to say that our 5 beloved trees would have to go to the tune of $2100. Omar and his Father, plus 4 other landscaping crew showed up on time in the morning and immediately started work. They started trimming our 7 trees, blowing the leaves, totally cleaning up the place before they even started digging. This really was a great surprise because we only believed trimming our largest tree was part of our estimate. They dug deep and thorough behind all 5 trees in front and the back of our fence to get at all the roots. These roots were big enough to push up and damage our block wall. They worked with shovels and axes, super hard in this terrible heat, always with a great attitude. All of their crew were working on something, making use of their time to do extras for us. I asked them to cut down the remains of a 6 foot Sissoo and another ones roots that were pushing up the border and he gave me a very fair estimate to get that work done too that same day. All in all I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Omar and his father and his crew. His can-do attitude, work, knowledge, efficiency, and value are hard to find in this world. He is a fair and honest business man and I would highly recommend him to any friends or family without reservation.

This is the fourth time I have used Reparo Landscaping and will continue to use them. I highly recommend them. Quality is top notch, they're efficient and punctual. Cannot say enough good things about them.

We needed a yard clean up for our second property, which was overgrown by weeds. Upon contact, Omar was responsive. He eventually managed to meet me at the property. He provided an estimate and followed through with the work exactly as promised. A total of five workers were able to take care of everything in less than 2 hours. He even planted a few plants and mulched the trees, after I decided to provided the plants and mulch last minute. He just did it, no questions asked. Overall, excellent work. I gave "B/Good" ratings for price and punctuality. $400 for less than 2 hours of work brings the hourly rate to over $40 per worker. That is a "C/Fair" value at best, but I was willing to adjust to a "B" because they were able to come out to complete the job so quickly.

They showed up after much communication--they primarily service N Phoenix and Scottsdale. I live in the far SE Valley--I found out later they only come this direction for big jobs or once a month. Maybe a best business practice would be for this company to disclose this information... They fixed the leak and asked for $25 more because it was harder than they thought. What...This was nonsense! I watched the entire process. The older man Rosario lacks professionalism. I was given a firm quote and told it would be exactly that amount unless additional parts were required. Unfortunately, they left an irrigation valve open and flooded my courtyard. The bad thing is they knew they were doing it. They were in a hurry to get off to the next job. They did a great job of removing weeds and spraying, but i won't be using them again. When you are given a firm quote, it is an agreement. They violated that agreement and I don't trust them. They lost a much bigger job on another property by skinking me out of $25. Not reliable.

They promptly came at 9:30am and left about 12:15. It was a very hot day so I was even more appreciative that they came to do the work. Communication along the way was very effective and pleasant. They did a very nice job of cleaning up as they went along and in the end my backyard looks terrific. Thank you Reparo!

Starting and running a small business left me no time for any more than basic yard work for over a year. The overgrown yard was beyond my ability and so called Reparo. Omar showed up right on time, gave me a great quote and went right to work. The yard looks better than it has in years. Great job!

Omar and his team initially diagnosed an irrigation problem I had been having and left an estimate for replacing the system and doing a trim and clean up of my front and back yard: trees and bushes. I was impressed with the quickness of his response compared to other landscapers I had previously worked with. I contacted him to job the job on a Friday. And he and his team came out on the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) bright and early. He and his team worked all day trimming the trees and bushes and then tearing out the old irrigation system, which was about 15 years old, and putting in the new one. They were courteous, thorough, and worked very hard. In fact, one of his men even cleaned out the pool when some of the trimmings from some bushes fell into the pool. When we though that there might be a leak (which turned out wrong), Omar came right away to check out the problem. He came prepared with tools and replacement equipment, just in case. We love this landscaping company. Thanks, Omar!
