Jonathan was ready on the spot. Garage door broke on Saturday and he Made himself available on Sunday at no additional charge.

It was a job well done. Jonathan was courteous enough to stop by few weeks after installation and fine tuned the garage. I have never experienced such an impromptu post service

5 stars is not enough to rate this job. The attention to detail reminds me of the old Zenith commercial: “The quality goes in before the name goes on” When you call for an estimate you do not get a salesman, instead you get the owner. He list the price of the different garage door options, from the crummy one the builder installed to the high end. He also does that with the garage door opener. He will answer any question you have, but will not try to up sell you. For a project this big we get several estimates and throw away the lowest and highest bid. The owner was very impressive on the commitment to doing a quality job even though he was the lowest bidder. Once we decided to go with this provider we were scheduled for the install within a week. Half hour before the install we got a text informing us he would be there on time. It was estimated to be an 8 hour job, but due to some issues with the garage construction it actually took 12 hours. For every bump in the road the installer did the necessary corrections to ensure there would not be any problems with the garage door. After 8 hours I expected the installer to start making short cuts but it never happened. He even swept the small amount of mess he made while doing the install. He made sure all the remotes, keypads and phone application were working and we could demonstrate all the functions. It is not very often you find someone who is committed to performing a quality service. I will be recommending this company to my friends.

A good down to earth person and did quality work.

Jon was great. I had my spring snap and he took care if it quickly. He knew what he was doing and didn't tax me an arm and a leg like all these other big box companies wanted. Will definitely use him again.
