They did not start on the scheduled date, but one gentleman showed up and I told him which rooms were to be painted which colors. The next day I went by early in the morning and found them painting one room the wrong color. It took them a full day longer than promised and I found them just sitting on more than one occasion. I asked if they used drop cloths and they main young man told me yes. They did not use drop cloths and I am still cleaning up drops of paint from my tubs and tile floors. I had my carpets cleaned and the carpet cleaner was able to get the drips out of the carpets.In addition, when I was honest (when asked if I trusted them at one point) and told them I did not have faith in them, the young man in charge felt compelled to tell me he did not like the paint colors I chose. Very unprofessional.While the price was good and the people I spoke with on the phone were pleasant and easy to work with, the actual painters were not professional. I would not use their services again.

Phoenix sun takes it toll. Needed professional touch-up work and most small-job painters/handymen are too flakey and never return phone calls. Pro Team is a professional contractor that does not mind taking small jobs. Incredibly prompt and responsive. I am amazed at the professionalism, fair pricing, and high-quality of the work. I would recommend them to anyone for jobs both big and small.
