Good morning and thank you for your feedback. After doing a little research I noticed you purchased a 2 hour service from our company on June 28th. I did send you a message through Angie's List to try to schedule an appointment with you the very next day on June 29th however, I never received a response back. I was not able to contact you by phone because you did not leave a phone number. I do not understand why we received a D rating for quality of work when services were never performed. I would be more than happy to complete your projects if you are still in need of a handyman. Description of Work: He replaced covered doors, fixed leaky faucets, and fixed the molding at the bottom of our front door, along with some other odds and ends. We were very happy with his work, the only thing I could note for future reference is that he failed to provide us with a receipt for the materials that he had to go out and purchase in the middle of the project. I trust his integrity so I am not concerned, but it is always nice to have documented confirmation for these things.

Description of Work: Performed various handyman services. Installed a new door bell, installed a new exhaust fan in the master bath, installed a new flushing mechanism in a toilet , changed light bulbs in high ceiling fixtures, changed out the batteries in all fire alarms, changed out light bulbs in landscape lighting, and repaired my patio ceiling. This will be my "go to" handyman service from now on. I couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: I have used Priority One three times in the past six months. They have arrived promptly and worked quickly. I am very pleased with their work and would use them again. Description of Work: 1. Removed old seal and replaced seal around two plumbing standpipes in the corrugated metal roof of our casita. |2. Removed and replaced plasterboard wall in upper casita (estimated to be approx. 2 feet by 5 feet) where standpipes leaked and caused black mold to grow. |3. Repaired casita attic pull down ladder/steps and installed new bracket and spring. |4. Installed new osmosis filters in reverse osmosis water system under kitchen sink. |5. Installed timer switch for bathroom fan.
