Priority One Home Repair

Three men arrived with a rented heavy duty dolly. They worked 1 1/2 hours and installed our safe and bolted it to the cement. Even though we paid for 3 hours, we felt they earned the money. We were very happy with the job. I would recommend them, again.

I needed some small repairs done to the roof of my house, called the contractor and got voice mail. I left a message with my phone number and never received a call back. Although the job I needed done was a small job, the call was not returned to even say that he didn't want the job. This is very unprofessional and not very considerate.

The provider came right on time. He brought someone with him. Both were professional, curteous, and did an excellent job. I would recommend Priority One to anyone who needed handyman services.

I decided to updated this, because as I walked around the house and the pool doing yardwork and still see drops of paint everywhere. Heck when I drive up to the house I see it on my roof... MY ROOF. They painted the fascia on the gables on the house and splattered paint on the roof so when I drive up I see a nice dark gray roof with a giant dab of white paint. I walk around the back yard and see the drops everywhere not fading, I see it on the front sidewalk and I see it on my grass still. We provided the paint, and when Chris and is guys showed up they had NOTHING ELSE. I would expect they have a ladder and maybe a drop cloth, maybe even some pain brushes since that's what I was asking them to do, NOTHING. I provided drop cloths and asked if they needed more than the one they asked for, "No, we should be just fine with this, he'll move it as he paints". They asked if I had a ladder, because their truck with all their equipment broke down. They were going to run to Lowe's to get paint brushes, because they didn't have any. Don't both with these fools. They are the least professional, least capable, and least prepared of the companies I've EVER worked with. This was their trial run for a bunch of future services and they failed miserably. The more I look at the fact that I bought time and then had to pay even more for crap work that even I as a novice could do better at has slowly been simmering with my wife and I. RUN from these fools. I hired them because I'm a crappy painter, but if I knew they were worse than me, I would have just done it myself ************************************************************************************************** We asked Chris to come and paint our fascia and eves because much of it had to be taken out due to rot and we just had our roof replaced. Chris and his coworker (sorry, forgot his name) came and looked at it real fast. Chris put the coworker (nice young man) to work while he ran an errand. We provided all the paint, paintbrushes, ladders and drop cloths. When the job was complete, they quickly had us do a walk around and then rushed to leave. Ok, I will take responsibility on saying that the paint job looked good. It does. The paint job is adequate. However, here is where the problem lies. There is paint splatter and droppings all around our house. All along the pool decking, all over the plants, in our grass, and the real kicker, big splotches on the brand new roof that you can see from the road!!! Holy cow! You have go to be kidding me!!! It's almost comical because you can see all around the house where they stood to paint. Listen, I provided you with a drop cloth and it is unacceptable that this happened. I can forgive a few little splats, we all do that, but when you can see it on the roof, from the road, I'm done. Now to add insult to injury... they got paint in our grass, which is fake grass, tried to wash it off. Realized they couldn't and then left the hose over it so we wouldn't notice. Of course, that is our guess, don't know for sure. They left in such a hurry. Every day we find something else wrong with this job and it is so frustrating.

Chris and his helper were great. Arrived when they said they would and went to work in the heat. Chris explained the system before he started the install. He used good quality parts and did a fantastic job. Very professional and courteous and I will use him again in the future. I am new to area and did not know who to contact but found Chris on Angie's list. Would recommend to anybody. Thanks Chris.

The worker arrived on time. He installed the knobs and made sure he cleaned up.

Chris was punctual and did a great job of removing excess cables from the front of my home. He did a great repair to the holes in the stucco. He also secured the one remaining line to the specifications of my HOA. I would definitely use his services again for other projects in the future.

Chris and his team came out to our house over a few days. The first project they had was to fix cracks in our foundation. Fortunately Chris looked at it and told us it was only cosmetic cracking on the surface and not a major problem that would cost us thousands. We were prepared for the worst, so that was welcome news. They patched it up and it looks good as new. The next job was to patch some of our stucco in the front of the house that had been backed into by a truck. After Chris' worker patched it, I didn't think it looked right. Chris looked at it and said that it didn't meet his standards and would fix it. Now you'd never know there was a repair there. The last job was to fix a drainage problem in our back yard. Their team moved our plants out of the way, dug some huge trenches and put in a drainage system. Then they replaced the plants and put everything back together. After a couple rain storms, I'm happy to say their design is working great.

The work was professional and done in a timely manner. We were very happy with the outcome.

They were on time and presented a business card upon arrival. They came saw what needed to be done and did it.

Chris was very nice, and very experienced. He asked us what we wanted to do and also offered his opinion, and then went for it. He worked quickly and we hired him on to do more work outside of the original work.

Chris was very professional and responded right away. He came at the agreed upon time and brought additional team members to help. They were able to complete a large number of tasks during the time they were there. Quality of the work was good overall, but we had an issue with one of the items they fixed. We did not contact them to remediate the issue.

This was amazing service! My messages were promptly responded to, my calls were returned and the work was done so quickly. We had discussed just an evaluation and estimate of the repair, but they just came out and fixed them there on the spot. I paid over the phone and an invoice was emailed to me. It was so low stress that I will definitely use them in the future.

Chis was on time and came in and went right to work. He explained everything he did and asked questions as to what I wanted. As a matter of fact he is coming back next week to do a bigger job. He was friendly and very pleasant to have in my home. My husband is unavailable to do things around the house so I will save all my honey do list for Chris. Ruth

Showed up about 15 minutes early, even called to let me know that they would be there very shortly. He stepped into the garage area where I wanted the install, reviewed everything and discussed the plan. Drained, disconnected old heater, ran to the store for parts while the old heater drained, then worked through the old poorly installed plumbing to get things fixed and connected properly. The work took a little longer than anticipated due to a problem with the unit, but he did his best to correct the problem. It turns out the unit itself was defective from factory, a swap of the part resulted in a perfectly working install. They did a great job, took time to explain the work being performed and even made some useful suggestions on another project I will be working on in a couple months. I'm very satisfied with the work and will call these guys again next time I have a project like this.

Running behind scheduled appointment, called to let me know. Installed a brand of Murphy bed that he had never done before; I provided instructional printout via internet the evening or two before our appointment. Arrived with proper tools, parts needed. Murphy bed works, however cracked the face sheet of thin decorative material on the outside of the bed when folded up by stepping on it because of spatial constraints. He was a large man and the space to install was small. He offered to replace, however it was not new and already had knicks and dings. Told him not to worry about it, easy enough for me to replace at a later more convenient time for me. Lost my initial check. I had to cancel at bank and rewrite a new one.

Everything went well. They were very polite and nice to have around.
