.The design was great we told Michael what we thought we wanted and he made suggestions. We went with all of his suggestions and the work was done on time and the result was perfect, until the end. He asked us for the final payment which we made, without seeing the porject completed as we were out of town. We return aned there were a few issue which he fixed promptly however all of the construction debris and dirt sand concrete is piled in our street. He told me the truck broke and they would pick up the mess on Monday June 16. The mess is still there. I have emailed him five times and left phone messages with no response. I have asked for the part of my money that was to pay for clean up and haul away to be refunded, no response. It is so disaapointing to have a project end like this. We were going to have him do some work in our front yard but not now. WE have been forced to hire someone to cleanup and then see if we can get a refund. I can't explain what happened and he won't. I would never use this company again.

It took their crew a full 5 days to complete the job. Looking at the big picture, they did an excellent job. They literally transformed our back yard into a lush oasis; we are very pleased. There were a number of punch list items at the end which they eventually resolved. And although there were small details/issues their crew did not attend to initially, the owner Michael Frank showed his concern for those details and took care of them.
