bathtub refinishing
 + -1 moreOur transaction was handled by phone. It was a small job, so he charged by the hour. I was very grateful to be able to call on Larry and trust that he would do a good job without having to meet beforehand.
Description of Work: Larry had refinished our tub some years ago. Recently, we removed the shower door, exposing a strip on the tub edge that was unfinished. Since I wanted to use a shower curtain, the unfinished strip needed to be finished. Larry finished that strip and touched up the tub.

 + -1 moreI asked if there was a warranty. I noticed there were two places where the tubs are chipping. I called them this morning and he said I would have to wait until November before he could fix it. He said he was out of town and all of his equipment was in San Francisco and he wasn't going to drive it here. He basically said it is what it is, and he said he wasn't going to be rude but he hung up the phone on me.
Description of Work: The owner Larry Bates came out and resurfaced the entire bathtub.
